    Good afternoon all

well done on the losses again :T

SO then -we went out early this morning for our jog -god it was tot tot out there -anyhow -we only went round the lake once BUT we did take a detour off one of the many paths to make it longer -so 40mins this time instead of 30mins last time AND I jogged much more this time :j, the 1st stretch that I ran last time I managed to double this time -so thats another dose of exercise out of the way ...
oooohh and hubby has pointed out I need some smaller running leggin things -I have 3/4 ones and instead of clinging to my calf muscles like they did (I have HUGE calf muscles) they are so loose they end up at my knees :o, and all wrinkly around my a** -his words not mine :p... I don't care if I have a wrinkly a** -I don't have to look at it :rotfl:

I didn't have brekkie before I went out :o(I can't exercise If I have any more than water in my system) -so I was seriously ready for lunch when I got back ...and god it was yummy:j

so then red carb curfew that should look like this:-
    seafood sticks
    avocado (5)
    lettuce
    cucumber
    tomato
    peppers
    onion
    tickled
    cabbage
    tickled beetroot
    tickled onions

    fibre plus bar (B)
    pineapple
    sticky pork (3)
1/4 tsp oil (0.5) to stir fry:-
    onions
    mushrooms
    mange tout
    babay corn
    asparagus
    bean sprouts

    activia (2.5)
    250ml semi (A)
    250ml semi (A)
    2tsp camp (1)
    SO I make that 2A, 1B and 12 syns-

I know Im missing a heB -but I really didn't fancy anyhing heavy with my lunch so Im sure it won't hurt
I have the pork in to marinade...so that should be scrummy again by the time we want it...

Im another one who isn't keen on BBQs -unless they are done by us, or either of my 2 brothers ;).... I like things like fish wrapped in foil, halloumi etc ..... and burgers/sausages etc if we make them.... I can't be doing with HUGE lumps of meat n the like *eughhh*
have a lovely day all -Im planning a lazy lolling around day now *ahhhh*
keep up the great work everyone!!

Mmmm I just made a yummy dip for lunch. I'd been fancying some hummus all morning but when I went to make a SW version I realised I didn't have any chickpeas in the cupboard :rotfl:. So I used the power of google to find a similar thing but made from butter beans instead, and found this recipe . I followed it but omitted the olive oil, and used a little bit of the bean juice instead. Very yummy dip, and syn free :D. I had it with HM syn free tzatsiki (FF yog, garlic, cuc), veggie sticks and a HEB of WM pitta bread toasted and cut into strips. Fab lunch!!

Does it get easier the more you do it, and learn whats what,I hope so or i feel Im going to fall at the first hurdle and considering how much I have to lose before my girls week in Dubai that isnt really an option

    Afternoon Peeps,

WI on Monday and i stayed the same

Not bad considering having a bad friday and sunday

Made the Butternut Squash and Red Lentil Curry from the Website last night (well all day as i done in slowcooker) and it was ok - i didn't use curry paste as didn't want to use syns and i don't have it in the house so used lots of spices instead, but it was missing something

Might have something to do with me adding in lot of other ingredients that i wanted to use up - like chickpeas, carrot & swede (pre-diced, 10p from Mr A!) and i missed out the spinach cos i forgot to add it (only hve frozen as the guinea pigs eat the fresh stuff!)

Should be ok for this week, going to help out with leaflet dropping for my consultant on Friday morning, so more exercise! and i WILL get on the exercise machines at home over the long weekend

We have a taster in group next monday - any suggestions? I m going to do the cupcakes but want to bring something else but something that want cost me a fortune!

    Well done everyone x

    Glad you feeling better Dizzy

I fancy making this butternut squash and red lentil curry does anyone know where I can get the recipe please?

Hey hun, what are you struggling to understand. I started off doing EE, so I know it well :D

Can I help in anyway ?

What are you struggling with for the meal planner?
