Morning all. Wi for me tonight and its * week too. Had a lovely walk last night for nearly an hour and I might even walk to class tonight if I can convinve OH to wait a little bit longer for his tea!!

I have my final fitting of my wedding dress tonight after work! It's all getting very exciting now!!!

    Right, Green day for me:

    Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B), banana
Lunch - jacket potato, beans, beetroot salad, pineapple, grapes
Tea - Post WI treat of HM pizza!! I don't put much cheese on now so that will be HEA2 and I have HEB2 for the spicy beef topping I've made so the only syns are for the base which I make super thin like the pizza express ones so it shouldn't be toooo bad!!!

    Morning all!

WI last night - lost half a lb. Happy with that - it's the school holidays so routine is different......

Got my bronze body magic so I am dead chuffed - I cycle everywhere, but i have also added in a walk before breakfast - when it's term time this is quite often just a quick 10-15 minute walk round the block, but since it's the holidays I have been going out for 20-40 minutes....... the weather really helps at the moment.....

    EE for me today:-
breakfast - porridge with lots of fruit (banana, rasps, blueberries, blackberries) - HA+B

    snack - apple + pear

Lunch - Ryvita and salad + Activia yoghurt

snack - Hi-Fi bar (6 syns) - won at meeting last night - good cos I'm going to the cinema so tea will be late!

Tea - chicken with new potatoes, green beans, carrots, sweetcorn. Activia yoghurt

will poss take some grapes to the cinema.....
    :jFlylady and proud of it:j

Well I reckon I had at least 20 syns yesterday, even thought I was trying to be good. Went out with MIL and DS7 for the day and took a picnic. I had my own box of salad and pitta bread so that was fine. But then she invited us to stay for tea. We had chicken, squash and watercress gratin, which was delicious. She gave me the recipe, and then I found it contained 200ml of creme fraiche and 30ml olive oil (also gruyere cheese but I had this as my HEA). She also put oil seperately on the chicken. It was between 5 of us so I reckon about 6 syns??

Then I went out in the evening and had 2 tangos (6), prawn sandwiches (9?) and a hot small sausage roll (??). I did pass on the cakes though :A.

WI tomorrow, so will try to be better today :D. Not sure what though, going to go for a long walk with DS7 and the dog and take a picnic. Then either salmon or jackets with beans tonight, will see how I feel.

Have a lovely sunshiney day everyone :)

Just thought, what could I substitute the creme fraiche for, to make the gratin....could I use ff fromage frais?

    Afternoon Peeps,

WI on Monday and i stayed the same

Not bad considering having a bad friday and sunday

Made the Butternut Squash and Red Lentil Curry from the Website last night (well all day as i done in slowcooker) and it was ok - i didn't use curry paste as didn't want to use syns and i don't have it in the house so used lots of spices instead, but it was missing something

Might have something to do with me adding in lot of other ingredients that i wanted to use up - like chickpeas, carrot & swede (pre-diced, 10p from Mr A!) and i missed out the spinach cos i forgot to add it (only hve frozen as the guinea pigs eat the fresh stuff!)

Should be ok for this week, going to help out with leaflet dropping for my consultant on Friday morning, so more exercise! and i WILL get on the exercise machines at home over the long weekend

We have a taster in group next monday - any suggestions? I m going to do the cupcakes but want to bring something else but something that want cost me a fortune!

    Well done everyone x

    Glad you feeling better Dizzy
