Lovely day for a walk so me and the mutt will go chase a ball :rotfl:
    Have a great day all x x x x

Errrmmmm LOSE a ball that should be :o, I threw it and it landed in the stingers and I couldn't find it despite doing the stingy dance [i,e, stamping them down].

Just back from another walk with dog and FOUND the ball after doing another stingy dance. Then the dog decided to have a look cos I didn't find it and !!!!!! me he found it straight away. Wish he'd looked before I jumped in the nettles grrrrrrrr.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

    Had a green day here:
B: eggs 1 slice bread (1/2 HEB) kiwi apple
L: lentil dahl and rice, mango chutney (2 syns), shortbread (5syns)
D: baked beans on toast, brown sauce (1syn), 28g cheddar (HEA). Pineapple.

    HEA2 milk.
So I'm now left with another HEB - can prunes count towards a HE.

Also with the Green and red plans do you still have to have 1/3 super free (i was a bit low on veg today)?

I might try a few more green days as I find them very filling and don't miss not eating meat. The only problem is that the rest of the family doesn't think they've been fed correctly unless they've had a chunk of meat.
    Trying to keep in budget.

    Hello
Green for me again today, I went a tiny bit over the limit with syns (16.5) but as I only had 4.5 yesterday I'm not worried about that.
So today I've had porridge with blueberries made with water, ryvita and a banana, (HEB)
    Beans on toast (HEB)
    Fruit fruit fruit
    pasta salad
Milk in tea and coffee (HEA)
Toffee crisp (11.5) and a packet of quavers (5) while preparing for a very stressful meeting
I went to the cinema tonight and settled for just a bottle of fizzy water though, and it was at the arts centre where the food is amazing and I could quite easily have either stayed afterwards for a delicious dinner or bought tasty treats to munch while the film was on, or both, but I did neither and was very pleased with myself!
I think I may make a cup of tea and get into bed to watch the scary programme on ITV!

Although I'm no good at posting my food diaries, I do read all of yours. I have managed a loss every week so far and am 1.5lbs off my 1 1/2 stone now. Thanks for the wise words on this thread.

Dizzy I hope your toothache goes soon.

TakeItEazy I wish I had been there to see the stingy dance!

I have been trying to up my exercise, so my garden is looking good (house not so good, but can't win 'em all). The other thing that has taken me by surprise is that for the first time since I was 14 (I'm 44 next month), my spots have gone. I usually have fairly bad skin due to a polycystic ovary, but my skin is the best it's been in a long time. That alone would be worth following this way of life for - the weight loss is a bonus, but the clear skin is something I thought I would never have.

    Take care all of you.
  • Dizzy - why not try some beautiful chilled soup? There's a leek and potato one which works well chilled, I forget the others, oh apart from my favourite the tomatoey spanish one wots name I forget just now!

 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

:wave:just back from a long weekend away. Ashamed to think what I've been eating and drinking. It is just sooo difficult staying with people and eating out. I'm just going to do my best for two days (massive stir-fry planned for tomorrow) and then off for another weekend. It's just going to be damage limitation for a while.:o Determined to go to WI on Thursday as I must stay in touch.
