Morning Lovely Ladies
Corker of a day here today!! not a cloud in the sky & really warm.
Well update on the old hurty gob......no changebut then again I dont suppose there would be yet really *stoopid dizzy*
Its just far too warm today to face another bowl of DynoRod soup.....I mean, Im its number1 fan - but even I have to draw the line somewheresooooo, Im a bit stuck really. probably an overload of yoghurt, got a nice ripe mango? banana, and when it cools down later maybe I'l feel like soup then (I might even have to have some of Mr Dizzys yacky smoked haddock mashed into some potato with carrots) I really want a decent(ish) loss this week....Its *week & if im not eating properly it means the odds are going to be stacking up against me so I need to start getting as much soft/good stuff in as possible
BLOODY TEETH - Im sure the food fairies have something to do with this :rotfl:0 -
Hi
Have lurked for long time. Been on SW before and lost 3 and 1/2 stone so know it works big time. Have decided this week to do from home and this forum (hopefully). Anyone know how many syns are in Tesco 120g packet of dried macaroni cheese pasta and 120 g packet of dried cheese and broccoli pasta? Will make one up with water if not too bad syn-wise.
Thanks0 -
Hi Everyone
Serial lurker here, been on slimming world for over a year now and just closing in on my target (7lb to go) but it seems to have come to a standstill at the mo so ive decided to up the exercise a bit. I took the very inspirational Mrs M's idea a bought myself the 30 day shred and ive just complete my first day on level one. Oh my, im aching already but gonna push myself to do it everyday.
I stick to EE but have done a few SE days, but apart from the first week i tried SE (losing 2 1/2lb) it doesnt seem to make much of a difference so im going to stick to EE as i found it really hard to make family meals on SE. Think as well as the exercise i need to maybe drink some more water and try to snack on more super free instead of free for the final push.March 2014 Grocery challenge £250.000 -
Hi
I have been on the plan about two and a hlf months and have lost 16 lbs so far. I havent lost anything in 2 weeks and seem to be stuck. Any tips?? thanks0 -
:D LOL
:D You could be on to something there Dizzy, think I better reinforce all my pants
Confused, I am rubbish at sewing to be honest, I was going to attempt it but I think I will ask someone other able bodied person to do it for me, would hate to only have one days wear out of them after having them for so long.
I forgot about superspeed not being superfree, ahhhhh so confusing xx
Send them over to me, Susiebear, I'll do them for you!The same thing happened to me about a month ago, tried them on again last week and I had to TAKE THEM IN:eek: cos they fell off me!

Hey everyone!
dizzy sorry to hear your tooth is still giving you gipBut I just have to ask, why are you eating fish you dont like!?
I suppose I have it on my mind a bit as I have been to billingsgate this morning. I got catfish, and Im going to do Cajun blackened catfish with vegetarian dirty rice and sweet potato wedges tonight :j There are just so many fishes out there, why eat the gross ones ( smoked haddock is the worst- so salty + gross. although I also cannot tolerate tinned tuna I see you forcing down too) Will let you know what its like. I think i prefer white fish and it must be hot- the end. I tried crabsticks the other day.Like a faintly fish version of cheese-strings.:o Weird texture!, but very cheap I guess. Didnt really taste of much so I could eat them again, i read recently they are mainly made of Coley or Pollack. ( I love coley... in batter ) London- based fish eaters ,billingsgate is super-cheap compared to supermarkets so head down there!
I will go back soon when I can bring more home.None the less I went M&S and waitrose to get lots of nice meat . Whole chickens are half price in waitrose, so I got some for 2.00 bargains!
So I did start the day with a muffin
But im back on since I got home EE
Milk all day HEA1
Egg, 3 bacon beans mushroom WM roll HEB1
banana & yog
Dinner is the catfish, veggie cajun rice ( onions, red & green pepper, beans) and sweet potato wedges, HM coleslaw
strawbs & yog for 1st pudding
Dime bar 7 for the second.
I should have another HEA & B, if I get peckish it will be cereal but I doubt I will as the catfish fillets are massive, but I did buy my favourite "grape nuts" today so I might not be able to resist!
Hope everyone else is ok xx:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

Sometimes it just goes like this.
Are you still weighing and measuring everything you need to? Some people let this go to the wall a bit after a while
are you doing mainly red/ green or EE - do you shake it up a bit
are you eating enough superfree?
will keep pondering! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

evening everyone, and welcome to the newbies!
gorgeous weather we are having, which is good news for me as it's the only time I will eat salad.
Anyway, today I am having another EE day, breakfast was a banana and shape zero yogurt, lunch was ham and egg salad and a muller cheesecake yog (1 syn), tea is going to be honeyglazed pork loin chops with spring onion mash and roasted butternut squash (1 syn), then I'm going to save the rest of my syns for a dime bar later tonight, I am addicted to those at the moment and have one almost every day.
I haven't done any exercise today but I did run 5.3 miles yesterday, 6.2 miles the day before and also did a 7 mile bike ride with the kids!, we are going to the yorkshire dales tomorrow walking for the day so have to try and think of a SW friendly pack up for the day for meAug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00
