peas & sweetcorn are only free on green or ee, you would have to syn them if you had them on red days

They also dont count as part of your 1/3 superfree on ee even though they are superspeed (confusing I know)

I just usually eat loads when Im doing green days to keep it simple ;) mushy pea curry is really nice:p

good luck with the car......finger crossed its not too poorly :o

I normally have green or EE days due to the cost!

I already eat my fair share (and more) of the beans, especially when i have mushy pea curry!

Good afternoon all -where has today gone????

Well done on the losses folks :T
Dizzy -hope you are pain free soon my lovely...

I went jogging again early this morning :j-this time rather than drive out to the lake, we went to a walk that we sometimes do, its right on our doorstep although it is more cross country than flat jogging (running up the side of fields, allotments and through woods) *wheeze, huff, puff n gasp* -it was 40mins from leaving the door and back again. I still had to walk some of a it -but Im fine with that as it was up n down hill etc...
Anyhoo -thats my exercise out of the way for today

Hubby then nipped into work to sort a couple of bits out, whilst I had a shower and when he got back we nipped out for water and some other bits n bobs... including a whole tray of cottage cheese, 2 more HUGE pineapples nomnomonom

Well folks -another red carb curfew for me:-
    banana
    250ml semi (A)
    227g jacket (B)
    roast chicken
    lettuce
    cucumber
    tomato
    peppers
    celery
    tickled cabbage
    tickled beetroot

    fibre plus (B)
    pineapple
    turkey steak
    salad
    *as above*
    250ml semi (A)
    activia (2.5)

So thats 2A+Bs but only 2.5syns -so I will use some more up if I can -probably milk or avocado
Right I will pop off again....
Have a lovely day all and keep up the great work..

  •:mad::mad: Chuffing * "arrived" and I feel like death!! I'm cold, feel sick, got v bad stomach cramps, headache, neckache and feeling very sorry for myself!!:o

Have done nothing all day as I've been laying on the sofa with a hot water bottle. It's my week off work and I hate wasting it so I'm seriously fed up:(! Plus I just want to EAT:eek:!!! Finding it really hard not to just shovel food in my face. I put 3lbs on last week on holiday so I have to be super good! I really want greasy chip shop chips and chocolate and don't think healthy versions will work!!

Once I've picked dd up from school (40 minute walk so trying to get some excercise in even though I don't feel like it!) I might just put my jamas on and go back to bed!!

    Anyway, whinge over!! :o:o:o

Been to the dentists - not my usual one, but Im happy to say hes a whole lot nicer than the one I usually see :) ( Im a big scaredy cat where dentists are concerned).....and this new one just has a lovely manner that made me feel less scared - even though from what he was saying I may need some scary work

I've got an absess (no !!!!!! sherlock:o) so i'm on amoxicillin 500 for 7 days then he wants me back to do some xrays to look at my wisdom tooth & bones then he will let me know what hes going to do.

I'm Banned from smoking & brushing my teeth for 2 days!!!!!:eek: whats all that about!! ( I can understand the smoking bit but not brushing my teeth) _pale_ ....he was greek-Im deaf.... so Maybe I missed a bit of exactly the reason but its something to do with spreading the infection down??

Hopefully the pain will be a lot better this time tomorrow once the AntiB's start working.:T;)

Glad you been seen to Dizzy, lets hope them antib's kick in quickly!! can you use mouthwash, that might help to give you that clean mouth feeling.

Well garage rang and said my car seems to be ok, he replaced the waterpump and it hasn't overheated for the last hour of running, so thats good, but saying that, it did go through phases of not overheating, so knowing my luck as soon as i get it back it will kick off again. But least I am getting it back, I have missed it :D

Trousers still intact too, will have to get the needle and cotton out tonight when I get in and reinforce the bum seam hahaha
