  • Hi all,

Glad your getting sorted today Dizzy, you should be pain free in a few hours :j

Well today I have got a size 14 pair of trousers on for work, I bought these pants about 2 years ago and they were way to tight, I couldn't even fasten them  so instead of returning them I set a goal to one day fit in them. Well that day has come, 2 years it took but I have them on, but low and behold, I have just squatted down to pick something up and I heard a rip:mad: just checked in the most subtle way I could and there is a slight tear in them, but thankfully in a place noone will ever see:rotfl: KEEP YOUR FINGERS CROSSED for me that it doesnt get worse throughout the day! Damn size 14 trousers, who was I kidding xx

    MORNING ALL,

DIZZY - so glad you got an appointment, don't suppose you care who you see as long as you see SOMEONE - it's a disgrace that you've had to wait this long.

LYNZ - Because you told me not to keep thanking you I'm not going to - although you know how grateful I am for your input.

SUZIE - Well done on getting into the trousers - hope the small rip doesn't get any bigger. At least you got them on and as you said they didn't fit 2 years ago so that's got to be a huge plus, keep up the good work.

I am going to have another EE day today - hope you all have a great day in the sunshine. xx

I would have happily seen the local vet today if the Dentists was full up :mad: :rotfl:

Hope you have another great EE day hun (it really is easy peasy and a lot better than reds & greens once you get over the initial barrier of eating both things together isn't it ;)) x x

Susiebear well done for getting into those trousers :T:T Im betting its 'substandard stitching' thats to blame for them ripping when you squatted :p;) so you just carry on feeling fab about getting them on and fastening them up!! x x

Morning all. Hope your tooth feels better soon Dizzy x.

I've got the week off work :j

Just been to take my youngest to the doctors to see what this rash is he's had for the last few weeks. He's got polymorphic light syndrome which is a reaction to the first warm sun of the year. Luckily it's fading now and doesn't seem to bother him at all, it just looks unpleasant. There's nothing they do for it, it's not serious and hopefully he'll grow out of it.

Took the dog with us too and the went on a new walk for over an hour. Got to have been at least 4 miles.

    EE again today

    B: Banana
    S: Plum
L: Cheese (HEA), ham and salad in wholemeal pitta (HEB), ex light mayo (0.5)
    S: Strawberries
D: Minced beef hotpot, swede, cabbage, green beans, fruit salad

That leaves 9.5 syns for later if I want them. May have some chocolate or a pack of walkers baked. Will see how I feel later.

    Morning All,

    Not been myself recently

Have discovered that i am not hungry all the time - i just need to drink more - so eating alot less - i couldn't even finish my chinese on Friday (good job because it was bad choices!)

Not a good week on SW - yesterday and Friday especially - hey ho - WI tonight, just hope it doesn't show a huge [STRIKE]loss[/STRIKE]! (i meant gain! A loss would be fantastic! :rotfl:i told you i haven't been feeling right!)

    Fingers Crossed!

Does anyone have their book to hand and would mind writing out the SS and S Fruit and Veg for me? I want to meal plan with as many SS and S this week but my book is at home and the SW website doesn't have a list like the book - or i might be blind!

Good luck for WI's and well done to everyone

P.S. Hope you get your tooth sorted Dizzy - my DH has been on antibiotics last week for his wisdom tooth and gum disease! (so have i with major reactions to insect bites!)
