Hey blackberry rum Was it you who bought coconut powder off ebay? Or was it someone else? I bought a little sachet of it from a chinese supermarket today ( 1st time Ive seen it) and then when I got it home completely forgot what to do with it
Any clues?
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

Goooooood morning all
Well done on the losses again :T
Thanks for the comments re my jogging -I absolutely loved it
Blackberry I will try the singing next time I go -thank you. I breath very deeply even when Im doing nowt so when I do the workout DVDs there is no way I can breath like that its like they are panting to me-I seem to sort of breathe in, in, out, out if that makes sense
Well - b*gger my ole boots .... 3.5lb off for me this week :j AND its * week  SO it means that I got 2 of my mini goals - to hit 14st 7lbs (Im 14st 4lbs) AND I now have lost exactly 9st and it means I only need 1/2lb next week to get under the 200lb mark
IM rather  at the loss this week -I have been sticking with the carb curfew, however I have only done my "shred" once, about 15mins trying to "wii zumba"(the less said about that the better) 1 walk around the lake and then the jog yesterday... so not ridiculous amounts at all....
So obviously today has started off rather  ... hubby has gone to his golf competition, so Im going to spend today planning for this week -hubby is off work so it alters my routine -he is away Tue/Wed though so those 2 days can be normal... when he is off we are hoping to go bowling -and considering walking the 3mile there and back -carrying our bowling balls *gulp* lets see if that happens or if are bums end up in the car
Well I will be sticking with the red carb curfew as I LOVE it -and today should look like this:-
- fritatta (0.5xA)
- ratatouille (0.5)
- pineapple
- 227g jacket potato (B)
- tuna
- 2tbs el hellmans (1)
- lettuce
- cucumber
- tomato
- celery
- peppers
- tickled cabbage
- tickled beetroot
- fibre plus (B)
- roast chicken
- avocado (5)
- salad *as above*
- activia (2.5)
- 250ml semi (A)
- 125ml semi (0.5xA)
Hubby also lost 1lb this week :T-baring in mind that he say last night eating monkey nuts and hasn't given up any of his beer YET. As of this week he has said he will go on SW with me-although most of his food is already SW -its his "extras" that need dealing with... and I can be very sneaky don't ya know ....
Right Im off for my brekkie and then to get on with some planning -have a great day everyone and keep up the great work!!!-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 - fritatta (0.5xA)

Mrs M your loss is amazing.
I am now 9 stone 9 0( and a 1/4)
You have lost a whole one of me. That is such an achievement
And well done to hubby too. I think they have it easier than us to be fair. OH lost 3lbs this week and has not give up beer at all AND has started back on the red coke and drinks about a litre a day AT LEAST! Crazy stuff/ To be fair he doesnt not need to lose more now anyhow
But now he is not working he is sat home, Id be stuffing my face. He cant face eating or hes too lazy  I told him soon he will gain if he goes round not eating much! Its fine if I shove food at him but left to his own devices he wont eat much at all. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Half punnet of raspberry & half punnet strawbs with a muller
HEB mini toasts with beans, loadsa mushrooms 2x bacon 1x egg ( this was meant to be lunch)
tea is HM burgers, wedges HEB roll and HM coleslaw + salad
Snacks will be strawbs & mullers probably! If its hot i might have a mini WW choccy ice cream stick ( anyone know the syn of these are they 4?) and a kitkat tonight as I didn't eat it yesterday
Have lots of nice superfree in so will eat that plus have a nice sleep this afternoon I think as Im flagging already!

Your are a true inspiration girlie - do please take a bow
In the dim and distant past (on Atkins) I do remember the milestones as they drifted by (I too lost over 9 stone but it seems that several found me again:o)
Only a short trot now to 'one'derland - its a place I never saw but when you are over 300lbs it just seems so darned far away.
Well done you - I hope you are proud of yourself.Mags - who loves shopping0 -
