Good afternoon all
Well done on the losses folks :j
Dizzy -hope you are better soon my lovely
Well I have only been n done it :j-I have been Jogging.... I strapped myself into my sports bra, threw on my black running leggings, and my lycra ridden sports top (one of those that removes moisture non the less) -scraped up my hair and strode out into the world -I NEVER leave the house with my hair tied up let alone in that get up -but do you know what ? the world didn't stop turning
-so come on folks WE CAN DO THIS
Now then -obviously we didn't jog all the way but I was suprised how well I did -and hubby did point out that often I was running and not jogging
here is where we go and normally it takes about an hour to tootle around it ... today we took 30mins
http://wikimapia.org/#lat=52.05666&lon=8.563242&z=16&l=5&m=b
In the bottom right corner where it says Johannistal -thats the car park -we went clockwise (I can only go clockwise around places) -All the way to where it says "seekrug" we cross the line (bridge) there (that cuts that sticky out bit off) -then we carry on around the curv -but go a bit higher up through the woodland paths and then cut the sticky up ear bit off and then back onto the path and back to the carpark -hubby reckons its abou 3-4km ... what I did was run from certain points to point -so next time I go I have something to measure by and we took the detours so that even when I was walking it was up steeper bits than if we stayed on the main path , and I also ran up some hills
Most suprisingly there was no gasping, not a single ache or anything - just need to learn how to breath more efficiently -although for now - just breathing is fine by me :rotfl:
I have seriously blown myself away -never in a month of Sundays did I expect to ever jog anywhere
So then -THAT has put me in amazing mood again for the day
Im having a red carb curfew again that should look like this:-
250ml semi (A)
banana
melon
227g jacket (B)
lettuce
cucumber
tomatoes
peppers
onion
tickled cabbage
tickled beetroot
fibre plus bar (B)
Pineapple
roast chicken
avocado (5)
salad *as above*
250ml semi (A)
activia (2.5)
I make that 2A+B and 7.5syns
Its weigh in for me in the morning and even though Im a wee bit bloated with * week, all in all I feel brill and so Im hoping the scales will still be kind to me tomorrow.... I need and itty bitty 1/2lb to get my next goal -to weigh 14st7lbs
Have a great day everyone and keep up the great work -we CAN do this... in fact - we are :j-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
could you try adding in a few more syns perhaps, and see how that goes in the mission maintain?
maybe have one 'off plan or relaxed' day a week?
just a couple of ideas that ive heard target people at group say they do.
Been thinking about this.
How about if I have an extra HEB ( ie 3) on EE days? I do about 3 EE days a week... the rest is green usually.
Anyway I have today as I have chosen small cereal HEB + Pagens + im going to have a WM roll for dinner - do you think that is ok...?? Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

I try and have extra HEs during the week [try being the opperative word] I then have weekends 'off' and eat whatever I like. I do still try to have plenty of superfrees i.e. veg/salad with whatever meal I'm having i.e roast but will have yorkies and thick gravy without worrying too much. Last sunday was a salad day but had pork pie and flatbread as well as coleslaw & potato salad. This usually works weight wise but not sure about this week as been * week from hell with choc cravings and bread and chinese and ..... I could go on :rotfl:
MRSMwe are so not worthy, you put me to shame.
Exercise + me =:rotfl:
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Evening all,
DIZZY - Oh no, you poor thing. Hope you get sorted out tomorrow. In the meantime ENJOY THE SULK!
MRS M - Well done on the jogging, that shiny is coming your way.
LYNZ AND DIZZY - Thanks for tips on EE. I have had another EE day today (sort of) Do you mind having a look?
BREAKFAST Smoked salmon, scrambled eggs and tomatoes.
LUNCH NONE ! I had breakfast quite late and was so busy that it was 3pm before I thought about lunch so just had a banana and an
apple.
DINNER Chicken, Mexican bake, cheese on top counted as HEA and salad. Pud was meringue (2.1/2), raspberries and activia.
SNACKS 2 Butterscotch hi fi's (really sweet and gorgeous) (HEB)
I will probably have a Hi fi before end of night (6) and will count milk in 3 cups of tea as 2
That's 10 synns if I'm not mistaken, 1 HEB, and 1 HEA
I have made the curry soup (mushy peas etc) today, should I have some of that to make up for missing lunch?
Thanks again for all your support xx0 -
Hi all, well done to all the losers!
Congrats MrsM on your first run, you put me to shame!! I started running but haven't been since one of the guys at work told me he'd seen me and I needed a better sports bra!!! I don't even live in the same place now but it did put me off! Plus I love walking soooo much!!
Dizzy, hope you're feeling better and you get an appointment tomorrow.
I got some of the weetabix toffee oaty bars today but I haven't had one yet. Did someone say they are 4 syns or HEB? If they're only 4 syns I doubt I'll 'waste' a HEB on them!!
I'm having a SE say today:
Brekkie - banana (grabbed it in my rush to get to Mr Tesco and thought I'd get proper brekkie later but never got on with it!!)
Lunch - large mixed salad, SW quiche filled with mushrooms, onions and tarragon.
Snack - teeny slice of cake (4)
Snack - Pitta (HEB), topped with red onions, cherry toms, basil, oregano, cheese (HEA), chorizo (2) all cooked as a mini pizza
Tea - pitta (HEB), chicken in spices (BBQ kebab recipe from takeaway secret), sw chips, salad, kebab sauces (4)
Tea won't be till 9pm or after so I've just had the pitta pizza to keep me going! I've had a couple of cuppas with milk in so I might grate a teeny bit of cheese on my chippies to make up my second HEA.0 -

Confused that looks fine to me! Has all the hallmarks there, superfree everywhere in it, the mexican bake is crammed with veg (well, its all veg isnt it)
Looks perfect to me flower x:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

Very pleased with myself as I spent all day doing uni work and normally I would scoff crisps/sweets/choc whilst doing it but I had fruit instead
