Confused that looks like a great day on EE
to me.
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

Thanks LYNZ. I was wondering if there might have been too many spuds although I only had about 5 smallish ones with each meal. x0

well as long as 1.3rd is superfree then its fine. If you dont think 1.3rd is superfree, I always have a few extra strawbs just to make sure:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

O.K. that's fine. I think it would have been 1/3 superfree and I did eat LOADS of berries. Thanks again. x0

I have use of the cooker and a microwave but not the hob. On the plus side it's looking lovely and will be worth waiting for. Hope you're pleased with yours. xautumnflower wrote: »What do people have with fish thats not roast vegetables? I'm getting a bit bored with this. I was going to have fish and chips, but I really can't think of any superfree stuff to have with it. I don't like mushy pea's, but they're not even superfree so....consultant31 wrote: »Not on EE you shouldn't.......it's just 1 HEA and 1 HEB on Extra Easy!

Well done to the losers!!
EE for me today, it went something like this
B: Poached egg on brown toast & Banana (1.5 for marg)
L: HM veg soup
T: chicken stir fry (the amount of veggies in this was unreal!!) Chow mein sauce (2.5)
HEA was milk in tea
Snacks: Punnet of strawberries with muller light yog
Snackajacks (4.5)
Large brandy and diet coke (5)0 -
Morning -had a terrible day yesterday. I just ended up scoffing a load of chocolate and peanuts as well as eating out for lunch. One saving grace is that I didn't drink any alcohol so I'm very happy about that. Seems to me that eating one sugary or fatty thing just leads you to want another, and another...
Oh, well, start over!
I will try red today I think as we'll probably have a barbeque later.
B; grapefruit, yoghurt with honey (1syn), banana.
L:stirfry with prawns and veg or soup.BBQ - chops, kebabs etc. Grilled veg. Salad
HEA milk, mozerella on the kebabs
HEB potatoes, ?
Does that seem like a reasonable red day (haven't done them for ages so not sure)Trying to keep in budget.
