Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

Thanks LYNZ. I was wondering if there might have been too many spuds although I only had about 5 smallish ones with each meal. x

well as long as 1.3rd is superfree then its fine. If you dont think 1.3rd is superfree, I always have a few extra strawbs just to make sure :D

O.K. that's fine. I think it would have been 1/3 superfree and I did eat LOADS of berries. Thanks again. x

Hi, glad you're managing - better than the cat anyway!!!!! Poor thing, he's probably traumatised. We haven't got to the tiling of the floor yet, the walls look nice though. I have use of the cooker and a microwave but not the hob. On the plus side it's looking lovely and will be worth waiting for. Hope you're pleased with yours. x
I'm pleased with it now, but really really looking forward to it being finished ... could be a while as he's had to reroute all the pipes (I've moved the sink to a different wall) do loads of electrics and level the floor - also it's not just the kitchen but two hallways and the bathroom floor too!
What do people have with fish thats not roast vegetables? I'm getting a bit bored with this. I was going to have fish and chips, but I really can't think of any superfree stuff to have with it. I don't like mushy pea's, but they're not even superfree so....
grilled tomatoes? More baby sweet corn and mange tout peas? ratatouille (onions, garlic, tomato, courgette, peppers and aubergine slowly melted down)?
Not on EE you shouldn't.......it's just 1 HEA and 1 HEB on Extra Easy!
Hi Consultant, I have a feeling lynz is at target like me, and we give ourselves an extra HEB :D it's fab! :D
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

Morning -had a terrible day yesterday. I just ended up scoffing a load of chocolate and peanuts as well as eating out for lunch. One saving grace is that I didn't drink any alcohol so I'm very happy about that. Seems to me that eating one sugary or fatty thing just leads you to want another, and another...
    Oh, well, start over!
I will try red today I think as we'll probably have a barbeque later.

B; grapefruit, yoghurt with honey (1syn), banana.
L:stirfry with prawns and veg or soup.
D: BBQ - chops, kebabs etc. Grilled veg. Salad

HEA milk, mozerella on the kebabs
    HEB potatoes, ?

Does that seem like a reasonable red day (haven't done them for ages so not sure)
    Trying to keep in budget.
