well, my night out..... WAS A SUCCESS :j
I even had less syns than I planned for, yeyyyyPartly because we left early as the OH was a bit too drunk and just wanted to go to sleep, so I had to take him home; talk about role reversals! :rotfl:
So I had:
4.5 vodka's & diet mixers at home (11)
1 double vodka and irn bru (8)
1.5 halfs of cider (8)
sailer jerrys and diet coke (2.5)
+ syns at tea for stir fry sauce (2.5)
TOTAL SYNS FOR THE DAY = 32 - totally within my flexi allowance of 50 :A
I thought i'd give the diet coke another go, so had a 'premium' spirit with it, hoping that it would mask the roller cola taste, but alas it did not. Still tasted kinda gross, and at £2.80 a single I thought I would give it a miss, and stick to cider after that
I really want to have a BBQ today as the weather is beautiful and there are lots of lovely grassy area's to have a BBQ in sheffield. So going to have fruit for breakfast today, and just see what the day brings!Slimming WorldWeek 1 B]-7[/B Week 2 B]+1[/B Week 3 B]STS[/B Week 4 COLOR=DarkOrange]STS-3-2[/B Week 7 COLOR=Red]-1+2[/B Week 9 COLOR=Red]-2[/COLOR

Well I totally went off plan last night
although not entirely my fault.
We ended up going to Harvester for food, and I ordered the Simply Pasta (wheat pasta in tomato sauce) as figured that would be low syn, but sod's law they were out of it and the only other veggie dish they had left (it was start of school hols so v busy!) was the sweet potato burger. So I ordered that, with jacket spud not chips and figured I'd just eat the burger not the bun. As it was so busy our meals took ages to come, but I ate the good bits off the salad bar. When my meal came is had chips on plate not spud  turns out they had run out of jackets! So I picked at a few chips and just ate burger. Then I ended up sharing an ice cream desert with my cousinthat was kinda my fault!
Grrrrrrr!
But back on SW wagon today and will limit my syns for next few days before I do my WI on Monday.

Morning all!
I've woken up feeling quite flat and slim - no bloat or uncomfortable feeling today!:j I think being good this week has helped! I think I may hit my original target this week, although I have altered it from 10st 3 to 9 st 13 just to be within the 9st something bracket!
We're going out for a meal tonight to a new Malaysian/South Indian place that's had very good reviews - I've been to Southern India a few times with work so am looking forward to it - curries aren't are rich as normal Indian and tend to be "fresher tasting" IYKWIM.
So its free food all day for me today and no syns to save it all up for later (don't want the fat feeling back tomorrow).
So....
Breakfast - banana
Lunch - small jacket potato and beans with a teeny bit of cheese (A choice), strawberries, grapes
Snacks - pomegranate, apple (if hungry)
So I'm saving 2 B choices, 1 A choice and all syns for tonight. I'm not planning on drinking so all syns for food! May even walk there to help minimise the damage - although that may be taking it too far!
Have a good skinny day!0 -

Breakfast: Scrambled egg, toms and cottage cheese (I know it's weird)
Lunch: Poached salmon, new potatoes and salad.
Dinner: Grilled pork steak, new potatoes and salad, 2 teaspoon X light mayo (2)
Berries (frozen summer fruits) plus quark and vanilla yoghurt mixed as "cream"
Snacks: 2 bananas, shape yoghurt.
I only drink black coffee and usually drink about 3 mugs of tea with skimmed milk a day so I will count the milk as my HEA and have a hi-fi bar in a minute which will be my HEB
Hope this is o.k.
Hope everyone has had a good day.

could you try adding in a few more syns perhaps, and see how that goes in the mission maintain?
maybe have one 'off plan or relaxed' day a week?
just a couple of ideas that ive heard target people at group say they do.0 -
Well its a lovely day here today, My plan was to Drag Mr Dizzy to the supermarket early before he went to Golf to stock up on superfrees and some bits and peices.......but instead ive been up since 4am banging my head against the wall with raging toothache/face ache
It felt like its something to do with a wisdom tooth....but now it feels like another absess as my face is swelling and now Im not sure which tooth hurts
Tried ringing the emergency dentist thing.....but cant be seen until tomorrow at the earliest as all appointments in this area are booked up  they said I will get a phone call anytime from 7am tomorrow with an appointment at a dentist 'somewhere'.
so its Dyno Rod soup & mashed spuds I think for today......and the bloody awful morphine sulphate tablets again as nothing else is numbing the pain  why did we get created with stupid teeth anyway??:rotfl::o:mad:
Im off to sit outside and sulk for a bit...... cos I cant eat my lovely toffee oaty bars today now!!!:(
