Hey blackberry rum Was it you who bought coconut powder off ebay? Or was it someone else? I bought a little sachet of it from a chinese supermarket today ( 1st time Ive seen it) and then when I got it home completely forgot what to do with it :D Any clues?

Try it with milk to make a low syn thai curry ;)
After my holiday last week and eating everything in sight (+3lbs :o at wi on thursday!) I'm really struggling to get back into it. Lack of motivation combined with lack of money is seriously b*ggering it up at the moment!

Managed to get a few superfree bargains at the local shop this morning so that has helped a lot:j! I bought a massive box of mushrooms for 50p so I'm going to attempt mushroom soup for the first time for a good hit of superfree! I've checked the recipe thread but couldn't find one! If I sauteed some onion and garlic (in frylight of course!) add chopped mushrooms, veg stock and dried thyme (no fresh herbs at moment!) then just simmered and blended it would that be ok? What could I add to make it more creamy but still sw friendly?

    Thanks in advance,

    Anna x

Sounds good for mushroom soup. I think thyme goes well with it. I don't personally like mushroom soup :o but my mum adds a bit on milk to soups to make them creamier. Oooh or what about philly light, bet that'd be nice in it.

I tend to whack a dollop of quark into any bowl of soup I have which needs summat extra.

Problem with mushroom soup is you really do need a lot of mushroms to make anything worthwhile. http://www.weightwatchers.com/food/rcp/index.aspx?recipeId=66781

this is a WW one, but its the american version. I have a WW book the mushroom soup is called mushroom and mustard. Its lovely but a large value box of mushrooms makes like one bowl once its chopped up.

Personally Id rather bake the mushrooms with quark, breadcrumbs and loadsa garlic as a side dish. I eat mushroom every day at least. :)

Well how surprising I didn't eat my popcorn at the cinema! I had food before I left so wasn't that hungry, so saved me 5.5syns :D

Morning all. Glad to see some good losses over the weekend, well done everyone! I had a lovely day with my mum yesterday. We went shopping for some last minute bits for the wedding then had lunch sat in the conservatory followed by a walk then a yummy tea! It's just a shame I had to come to work today!!! WIth all the bank hols I only have 8 days left to work before my wedding :eek::eek: lol!

I'm having an SE day today I think. I want to get to target before the wedding! I can change to EE later if I need more rice for tea but I think I should be ok on SE.

Brekkie - banana, grapefruit, porridge (HEA&B)
Lunch - Large mixed salad, small bit of rice salad (2), SW quiche (lots of m.rooms and onions), fruit salad (pineapple, nectarine, grapes)
Tea - chilli, rice, big salad, teeny bit of cheese (HEA2)
I need another HEB so i'll either have a pitta with my tea or more likely a weetabix toffee oaty bar thing for supper!

Hoping to go for a walk after work too then it'll be time to make yet more sugar flowers.......I'll be soooooo glad when the wedding cake is finished!!!

Aargh, had a completely off plan weekend - went to a friends place for lunch on sunday and just ate tonnes of delicious greek food, and wine, so this morning when I weighed myself I have put back on one of the kilos I took off last week.

Ugh, got to get back into it so this morning was just fruit and yoghurt.

going for a picnic today so will make myself a sandwich and take fruit adn salad and then tonight we'll eat a BBQ.

I feel cross at myself for tucking in so much at the weekend , but at least our host felt very good about it (he's a really keen cook and loves to see people enjoy his food). Greek chips are out of this world!
    Trying to keep in budget.
