    Morning peeps

well done to all the "losers" :D i love to read these.

Right today my plan is green :-

Brekkie - Porridge and a teaspoon of hm jam 1.5 syns & HEB1 for the porridge.

Dinner - lentil & veg soup, i`ve just made a panfull which is cooling in the kitchen. I think that the soup will be HEB2

Tea is egg fried rice which i`ve split into 2 small tubs to help me stop snacking 2 syns here for the 2 tsp sesame oil used.

HEA is skimmed milk for tea,

I have an apple and a small bag of quavers 5 syns there so altogether 8 and a half syns and i shall no doubt have a small voddie in the early hours when i get home although i think that i shall start doing this on alternate days to get out of the habit.

I`ve been playing around with my meals the last few days and cutting down my portions, i got on the scales this morning and have lost 1lb :j

I shall take a yogurt to work which is a ff muller so no syns there. If i get snacky later i like a slice of wholemeal bread toasted with tinned tuna, does anyone know how i fit this into a green day? Looking at the amount of food i have planned for today i probably won`t need it but if its there i`ll eat it rather than all the cakes which everyone seems to take in over the weekend.

EDIT just googled it and found that a third of the tin of tuna and the bread would be around 4 syns, so i shall tub the rest of the tuna for another day if i do end up opening the tin.

    Morning all

Off to watch DS play footie in the local 'grudge' match soon, the other team are such unfair players and we got 'fair play team of the year' so it's a horrible one to watch :(

So, making sure I get a bit of lunch before we go out, hopefully I might shout off a few calories :rotfl:

    Red day today:

B - Ham and poached eggs (yummy!) tomato ketchup (1 syn), 1 whole grapefruit
L - Tin tuna, wholemeal roll (HEB1), cucumber, mayonnaise (2 syns), carrot, pear, activia FF yoghurt
D - bacon wrapped chicken with cheese (HEA1), brocolli, cauliflower, carrots, green beans

    Snacks - satsumas, HEB2
    HEA2 - Milk
Roughly 10 syns to have but I'm sure I can find something to use them up later ;):p

HUGE congratulations to Mrs M - wow ! What an inspiration to all of us on here, you must be thrilled :j :D

papoosue can you do a little bit of exercise to maybe help combat the extra syns?

    Hi Daisy

hope you`re keeping well :D I looked in my very old SW book and i got a bit of a conflict so thought that i would make them a HE just to be on the safe side :D

They are listed under free on green but in the HE section there is an entry for a tin of lentil soup for one and its listed as a HE there.

If i don`t count them as a HE then i can have the tuna as one instead of synning it:D

I can`t see me eating any more than that today though

    Thanks x

Seems ok but where are the super frees, I know its not essential like EE but it does help to include them as will help with the weight loss. Also doesn't look a lot meal wise unless its a big portion, I'd be tempted to bulk out with some super frees but then I'm a greedy cow :rotfl:
I do mostly green days but ALWAYS add extra super frees like onions, toms, mushrooms, peppers etc even when I'm only having egg & sw chips and of course theres always fruit & yogurt.

    HTHS

just to confirm, yogurt is not a superfree food - just free. Any uncooked fruit you add to the yog would be superfree.

    and.....

:j:j:j:jWell done Mrs M!!!!:j:j:j:j that's an incredible loss overall!!!!! xx
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
