Think the Indian restaurant have worked out how to keep me away from the food - by adding chicken to it - not good when you are vegan!

Luckily I did not eat it, they did send round the correct order so I had a vegetable rogan josh with channa - no oil/ghee and a plain bolied rice.

Think rogan josh is 8 syns?

    Had a salad too.

My scales seem to be showing slight weight loss but not been to WI since 24th Feb so won't know until I get there next Weds hopefully.

I need to start using the fitness dvd's I had for my birthday - Davina Buff and 2 by a Jillian Michaels - they all look intense!!!

I'm worried i won't have space as my rooms not massive and parents are usually watching tv in the lounge.

    Anyone got these dvd's?

    Evening all,

Quick post with todays meal plan EE
    B- Alpen bar, satsums
L - mugshot, cucumber and cupcake (7) DDs went to a cake decorating party, and it was worth every syn :D
T Chicken, roasted tomatoes and red onion, Uncle Bens (4) Colman mix(3), f/free yog, Options (2) and raspberried

Just had my HEA in the form of some cheddar, and my second alpen bar for my HEB.

Went slightly over due to my tea tonight it was scrummy :p I tried the new Colmans Shake and Serve, you cook chicken in a bag with some seasoning. The whole pack is 5 syns and did 5 chicken thighs. I don't usually get these sort of things but my mum gave it to me try. Will be buying again.

Well done to all the losers, hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.

My friend at work has just brought the Jillian Michaels DVD cheap from Play. She told me she shouted at the tv, but recommends it. From what I've heard she's quite tough but its proven she gets results. Just look at the US Biggest Loser shows.
