    Hi everyone

    Weigh in for my today and I lost 0.5lb. At first I was a little disappointed as I have been on plan all week but it is my * week.

    I don't actually go to class as I feel the support on here is fab. I would have got my club 10 award if I did attend class as I have lost 18lbs :D

    Have a good week everyone

    OMG where did you get these?!!?!
    :beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
    Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
    So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:

    Yesterday was Red
    B - FF yogurt and banana
    L - chicken and bacon stirfry
    D - pork chop with rataouille and asparagus
    S - Chicken breast and cheese (HEA)

    Today - Red
    B - 2 bananas
    L - grilled salmon with salad and HM tzatziki (using FF greek yogurt)
    S - Ryvita (HEB) with cheese (HEA)
    D- steak and roasted veg
    and have lots of fruit in if i need a snack later.

    Bought ryvita and weetabix bars as I struggle to get any HEB in.

    Really down in the dumps today and stressed with work, so the aim is to stay away from the sweet stuff - i am a comfort eater!

    Hello everyone,

    I
    This week so far I have had

    Yesterday
    B = Banana, Orrange
    L - Tuna Salad Baguette
    S - 2 oranges
    D - 1 Chicken Breast and stir Fry using spray light and oyster sauce. Did add chili flakes, ginger power, garlic flakes and paprika to the chicken to give it some flavour.

    Today
    B =1 Banana, FF Yogurt
    L = Baked Potatoe with half tin Light choices Baked Beans
    D = 1 Chicken breast marinated in Jerk Sauce (about tablespoon) which I will cook in George Foreman grill and have with Cauliflower.
    S = 2 Oranges, another Banana

    Question, If I have had a Baked Potatoe for lunch can I have one for dinner or should I have Brown Rice, it it better to use an alternative.

    Another question, are eating a few of those wrigleys, extra mints sugar free okay or do they count as syns as well.

    I also did Davina Workout (20 mins) yesterday and tonight I plan to get on my Wii and try The Biggest Looser.

    If I get hungry this evening I will have Ryvita and bit of Primula cheese.

    Cheers

    R

    Hi and Welcome to the thread ;)

    looking at your meals so far you are doing pretty good :T just dont forget that the items highlighted in red will have to be counted as syns.

    It doesnt matter if you have jacket potato twice in a day ;) (they are free so you literally can eat as many as you want)

    the wrigleys sugar free mints are also synned
    Extra Ice mints sugar free 4 mints = 1 syn
    Extra mints 5 mints = 0.5 syn

    Its a good move joining class.....even if you just go once to get the books and have the talk so you understand exactly how things work. I find going to class & staying really helps me as I learn lots of hints & tips each week to keep me 'on the straight & narrow' :)

    stick around and keep posting your food diary ..... it helps a lot especially at first so others can spot if you have missed anything.

    Just a quickie - have just had an email from LA Fitness for a free 3 day pass to the local gym (I used to be a member there).
    Have checked the website and its countrywide as far as I can tell so if you fancy a free 3 days have a go!

    Have done this before and they do have a go at selling you a membership but you can say NO!

    Just waiting for my email back with the pass thingy.

    Off to WI soon - not looking forward to it!
