Morning all!
Have just had my sneaky "morning of the WI" weigh at home and I think I've put on 1 lb (at best its a STS).:mad:
I know where its come from - wine, chinese chippy tea and a lunch out - but I have done loads of exercise so thought it may have cancelled it out? Oh well, its my first week that I haven't lost. I do feel bloated though - my tummy was nice and flat on the weekend but now it has a definite bulge.
Now I could go one of two ways - either get all determined and be ultra strict or think s*d it and have what I want. Will try really hard to go the first route!
Anyway, will wait for the formal WI tonight (although I don't fancy going now) for the official damage.
Today's food...
Breakfast - banana
Lunch - left over moroccan butterbeans and some couscous (1 syn), grapes
Tea - pasta, pesto (3 syns) and low fat parmesan (A choice)
Snacks - kiwi, raspberries, cereal bar
Right off to try to be good!0 -
Not the most dignified of posts but thought I'd enlighten you anyway!
Just been to the loo (no 2's!) and weighed again and the scales have gone down by half a lb! The rollercoaster that is losing weight! Made me feel a bit better - physically and psychologically!
Sorry for the detail!0 -

Good morning all.
WELSHWOOFER - This is exactly the reason why we are advised NOT to weigh ourselves at home, (this is not a telling off by any means cos I'm the worlds worst, hopping on and off the scales every time I go in the bathroom) It's probably just fluid, don't skip your group cos if you're anything like me you'll just think you've got another week to get it off and eat for Britain!!!
DIZZY - Love the Quincy suit !
Have a great day everyone xx0 -

I think we've all weighed after 'going' [well I know I have 'several times'] but for me its never made a difference on the scales mores the pity.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I will go to class - if for no other reason than to avoid the football and OH's mates that are coming over to watch it!0 -

WW, just noticed your food diary seems rather low on superfrees with you lunch and you have none with your tea. Are there hidden ones in the meals that you haven't written down? I'm assuming its EE as you only mention 1 HEA and I assume the cereal bar is your HEB.0 -

You do very well only getting on twice a week - wish I could break the habit. We had a secret weigh in a while back at group and we were asked not to weigh at all through the week. I tried - I really tried! I even asked OH to put my scales on top of the wardrobe but I got the step ladder from the garage and got them down (saddo me). Good luck for tonight. x0 -
The butterbeans are homemade and contain onion, tomatoes and mushrooms.
I do green days as I'm a veggie but sometimes don't have both B choices - I always tend to have A choices - even if its a chunk of cheese - I hate dairy - milk, yoghurt etc but sometimes force a bit of fromage frais down!0 -

Might start wearing it more often then :rotfl::rotfl:
WelshW step away from the scales BIG NAUGHTY GET YOUR LEGS SLAPPEDI used to be a serial weigher all the flipping time.....everytime I went to the loo
but Mr Dizzy has hidden the scales out of reach as I really was becoming a liability falling off them (not easy balancing for me)
and Confused is right just stick with the scales at SW as your weight can vary sooooo much during the course of a day even! and give you some serious bad moods if you dont see the results you're after
Well done on the arrival of a 1/2 pounder Poo :T:T Im still waiting for mine  6 days and counting......Oooooh dont we have some lovely discussions on here :rotfl::rotfl:
Ive just realised Its not just the bread to blame for my prob...I was taking the nasty morphine sulphate tabs for my spasms/neuralgia and that always screws my system up (hate the stuff )0
