If anyone is interested ive just added a recipe to the recipe thread. Its for syn free SW Shish Kebabs.
Ive tweaked the recipe a little from my curry feast book (theirs is 2 syn each for the gram flour). I made them at the weekend for Mr Dizzy (he gets very scared with my experiments) BUT they were a thumbs up :j:T
he even went as far as to say if he'd got them from a curry shop....he would have been more than happy
Its Just a shame I cant eat lamb cos I'm scared of sheep
(even wore rubber gloves while I was making them.....but dont tell anyone :shhh:)

I was always convinced that I really enjoyed healthy food, just that I ate too much of it (ok, and all the naughty stuff too). Now I know for certain that I'm definately a weirdo.
Summed me up perfectly (ooh not the weirdo bit mind) .... I have pretty much always cooked from scratch, eaten loads of fruit n veg, love most things that are "good" for me (with a healthy dollop of the naughty stuff
)and I still ended up HUGE
- I think now the main change has been that I consider what will "feed my body" rather than "feed just my taste buds and emotions" .
OOoooh love your food diary, avocado, prawn and mozarella salad for tomorrow's packed lunch it is then!
Good to know the change is possible and that you are proof. I fancy myself as the next MrsMcawber (oo-er, not trying to steal MrMCawber mind, purely in a slimming inspirational story sort of way!)consultant31 wrote: »What did I do?????????? Whatever it is/was, I'm sorry :rotfl:

We love blaming you for Dyno Rod soup
I always blame you for the noisy/smelly effects it has on me anyway......I tell Mr Dizzy My consultant prescribed it for me for medical reasons:rotfl:
No wonder I'm looked at in that way wherever I go :rotfl:I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

Today's food will be....
Breakfast - banana
Lunch - beans on 1 piece of toast (B choice), grapes
Dinner - Moroccan butterbeans (free) and ainsley couscous (1 syn, had it all!)
Snacks - raspberries, kiwi, maybe a packet of skips if desperate (4 syns)
Will possibly do some exercise (other than walking the dog), definitely if the Shred DVD arrives.
Well, Shred has not arrived - boo!
I have stuck to the food above apart from not having any of the snacks yet but having a Hifi bar (B choice) mid afternoon.
So that's...
No A choices yet
2 x B choices
2 syns so far (forgot the brown sauce)
I'm not at all hungry now so may just have the rassers later if I feel the urge.
Off to have a think about tomorrow's food - its weigh in day so will make something in the afternoon to warm up after fat club!0
