Morning all. hugs to those that need them, especially rachel. Some good losses being reported so well done to all losers, especially MrsM, our resident superstar!!!

I've had a lovely weekend with OH, went a bit over syns on Saturday night but have stuck to plan otherwise. We had a lovely walk for an hour yesterday afternoon so that'll have burned off some of the naughtyness!!

Today I'm going for a SE day:

Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B), apple, banana
Lunch - HM summer veg and pesto soup, BLT Pitta (HEB2 +2 syns), strawberries and grapes
Tea - HM lasagne (HEA2), few sw chips, big mixed salad, beetroot salad.

I have a nectarine at work too if I need it. I probably won't have any more syns unless I have salad cream on my salad but I don't need them and I can't see the point of eating them for the sake of it!

    Morning all.
Rachel - so sorry to hear your news.

I had another rubbish nights sleep but I did stick 100% to the plan yesterday - so an improvement on Saturday at least. I only ended up having 4 syns so perhaps clawed a few back from Saturdays 1 million and four syns!

I also did loads of exercise so at least I'm trying now :o.

    Today's food will be....

    Breakfast - banana
Lunch - beans on 1 piece of toast (B choice), grapes
Dinner - Moroccan butterbeans (free) and ainsley couscous (0.5 syns)
Snacks - raspberries, kiwi, maybe a packet of skips if desperate (4 syns)

Will possibly do some exercise (other than walking the dog), definitely if the Shred DVD arrives.

Hi all! Yes, Rachel, we are all for you and for your mum and family. Life is the pits sometimes, yet I am amazed at the strength and courage people show at the most tragic times.

Please, a syn question: syns in fresh coconut please, couldn't see it in the food optimising book and I am long locked out of the website ...

And a desperate cry; since I started SW before Christmas my skin has broken out in the most awful spots, mostly on my chin. It's the opposite of what I would have expected. Any tips please? I use cleanser, and antibiotic gel on script, and have been taking oxytet as well, and NO improvement! I am desperate!:(

... Living the dream, me! :p :rotfl:

I was always convinced that I really enjoyed healthy food, just that I ate too much of it (ok, and all the naughty stuff too). Now I know for certain that I'm definately a weirdo.

Thanks for the support, it's really nice of you. I'm feeling a lot more positive today, and I'm all geared up for a week of eating well and laying off the booze, cos I really want a loss on thursday. So I will be EE again today.

    B: mullerlight, pineapple
    S: satsuma
L: ham salad & pickle(0.5) sandwich (HEB), minestrone soup (1), kiwi
    S: melon, mullerlight
D: fiery pork burger, sw chips, salad, light choices choc mousse (4)

Need to find a HEA somewhere. May have some cheese with my burger later, as I'm off tea at the mo and trying to drink more water.

Started well already this morning. Was up early and at the gym at 7.30 before work. Have a lovely day everyone, and enjoy the sunshine, unless you're stuck in the office like me :(
