    Wooo well done losers:j :j

Cereal bar debate- yes would love to know what sainsburys do. I dont go tescos as theres not really one near but I do go asda and sains. I have been getting the weetabix ones in 99p stores, well they are ok. You do get 5 for 99p tho and it does work out cheaper than 2x alpen. Weetabix bars ar widely available in the shops ( ie newsagents) although sometimes you can get lucky with the alpen lites when out and about. I much prefer the 2x cereal bars if possible, but it works out cheaper not to - do you get what I mean lol

I have had a fascinating evening highlighting HES in directory- no additional cereal bars although I did see some new cereals I might buy sometime.

Anyway a highly successful EE day today
Punnet of strawbs and blueberries & 1/2 muller
    Banana and other half Muller
2x egg 2x bacon loadsa Mushrooms in frylite & half tin spaghetti
HEB 3x pagens & cottage cheese and a bit of chopped veg
Dinner- leftover chicken in egg fried rice Oyster sauce (1) filled out with loadsa veg
    Syns: 1/2 oyster sauce
    2x weetabix cereal bars 6.5
    Dime bar 7 - bang on 15 :D
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

    Good Morning everyone :wavey:

Well done on the losses folks :T

hmmmm well, what can I say??? -not sure zumba on the wii at 7am is a good idea :o -Im already "rhythmically challenged" :o. so doing it before Im actually awake and have eyes that focus perhaps wasn't such a good idea  Im not sure its going to be one of my fave things -I think I prefer the structure and control of the shred :D - I will keep at it though and see how I go -it may well be something that I like more when Im slimmer -we will see ;)

Well hubby is on the ranges today so we aren't sure what time he will get back this evening so Im doing a stir-fry as I can prepare it all and then just whack it all together when he gets in ;)
So then day 3 on RED carb curfew should look like this:-
    • mango
    • melon
    • activia (2.5)
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • 4 dark rye ryvita (B)
    • cottage cheese
    • lettuce
    • cucumber
    • tomato
    • onion
    • peppers
    • tickled cabage
    • tickled beetroot
    • pineapple
    • fibre plus (B)
    • 1/4tsp oil (0.5)
    • pork escalope
    • sticky ginger marinade (3)
    • onions
    • carrots
    • peppers
    • mushrooms
    • cabbage
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • 2tsp camp (1)
    • activia (2.5)

So I make that 2A+B and 9.5syns -Im really enjoying the carb curfew -I seem to have my dinner and then completely forget about food for the evening  -so much so that I have to stick a post it note on the cupboard door to remind me to eat my activia . Although I should reserve judgement until I see what the scales have to say on Sunday :p -Im not expecting a big loss -but I just want to keep things moving ;)
Ohh on the 12th it is my 1yr anniversary with SW -so to mark the occasion I have ordered this:-

As well as marking me finally getting to grips with my *wobble* its also in memory to my sis -who certainly grabbed life by the throat :D

Right -time for me to get off.. have a lovely day everyone!!

Morning all and well done to the losers!

Cycling yorkie - 20stones? that is unbelieveable!, I can't imagine how different she must look.

Today I'm not sure what I'm having, I had a really hungry day yesterday and could have easily fallen off the wagon but managed to stay on track (just), I'm hoping today will be better.

I will have my usual yogurt for breakfast, not sure about lunch yet, I might have an omelette with some salad, and for tea I will be having sweet potato chips, eggs, quorn sausages and mushy peas

will probably snack on yogurts, fruit, hifi bar etc

    have a good day everyone!

Congrats to all the great losses this week, and I am putting myself into there catergory too cos I have lost another 1.5lb and got my stone shiny woooooo :j:j. I wanted to lose the stone before my Birthday, and have managed a stone and 1lb and I still have 3 days to go!! Which means I can afford to put a 1lb back on and I won't be to sad about it. Im gonna have my first flexy at the weekend I just hope and pray it won't wreck my good work and ruin my willpower.
    Keep it up y'all xx

    HI all

Mrs M- love the pendant- you deserve it, well done.

Cycling- amazing 20 stone loss, the woman really must be a different person!

just a quick one, I am feeling ever so slim today, so I feel that maintainence is approaching. Altho it could be that im wearing heelsfor the first time in ages ;)

    Green day today
    Break Muller &Blueberries
Lunch: Weetabix bar ( HEB) Pagens HEB) Couscous salady bits & cottage cheese Berries and yog
Tea: Quorn mince chilli with jacket potato I think and some Sweet pot wedges - lovely strawbs for dessert :)

Syns will be a dime bar 7 and maybe some crisps like french fries or squares.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day, it is so nearly bbq season! I cannot wait to get a load of Joes sausages, HM burgers, chicken skewers etc with a massive bowl of salad and eat it outside - I love BBQs!!!

Am ordering some joes sausages tomorrow, do they deliver on saturday do you know or not? I think i could get them ordered for Tuesday possibly? I have now started to think that they are not such a "premium price" as the other TTD type sausages have all gone up in price now so Joes are almost competitive.

Anyway better get going, hope everyone has a wonderful day

ooh yeah, can't wait for bbq's, our local butcher does 'slimming world sausages' whatever he means by that, I've not asked him about them before (as i wasn't on the plan lol!) but will next time I go in, I could be bulk buying if they are low syn.

I am going to weigh in later today as my weigh in day should be tomorrow but I am at work from 7am til 8pm tomorrow night so won't have the chance to either weigh at home or obviously go to group. I want to weigh in early evening so it's almost as accurate as it could be (weighing in first thing tom am would not give me an accurate weight I don't think when my group is at 7pm)

    Morning all!
Its a nice day here so my challenge for the day is to sort out the front garden - it needs mowing, tidying and sweeping so a good bit of exercise there hopefully. I have also already walked the dog for 20 mins and he'll have another 2 walks through the day adding up to about an hours walking altogether. I never really count this as exercise but I suppose it all adds up?

    Food for today will be...

    Breakfast -Hifi bar (B choice)
Lunch - banana, kiwi, pasta and sauce (2 syns), milk for pasta (A choice)
Dinner - 5 bean chilli (free) with some grated cheese on top (A choice)
Evening - strawberries with a dollop of Nutella (3 syns)

Possible snacks - packet of skips (4 syns)

    So thats...
    2 A choices
    1 B choice
5 syns (plus skips if needed)

Hope everyone has a good day!
