They do tend to add them to the HEB list at intervals tho Lynz so that may be why you didnt know, the tesco cranberry one has not been there very long.

If you want the sainsbury ones give me a shout ;)

My Sainsbury's local have stopped stocking their Be Good to Yourself range HEB bars - I like the Maple ones.
They were only £1.10 a box so a great replacement for Alpen Lights when they wernt on offer. And they were 2 for a HEB.

I don't like the fact you only get 1 bar for a HEB for some of the cereal bars. Seems like a waste to me!

Just back from WI and I have lost 2 lbs:j:j
Quite unexpected due to the mothers day scoffing but it seems that the rest of the week must have been ok.

I made a massive free 5 bean chilli for tea that was enough for me and OH for tea (his with a jacket spud) and two big portions now in the fridge for tea tomorrow and a lunch maybe.

The loss has given me a bit of a boost of motivation - I think I was getting a bit complacent and the few new recipes I've tried have helped to change it up a bit.

I changed my target today too - the original one was 3lbs away from where I am now but its been quite easy so far and another half a stone from here seems doable and it will get me into the 9 stone something bracket!

I dont often shop at sainsburys (just if Ive seen something on the 'mysupermarket site' thats on offer so I must admit Ive never tried their HEB bars.

Im on the fence with the 1 or 2 for a HEB thing.......If its a fibre plus bar, or the new choccy HIFI ones from class then I would DEFINATELY say 1 bar is worth the sacrifice :p but with any of the others of tried then???? .... yup I'd have to agree with you I suppose:o;)

hmm to be fair they are absolutely not in any position to tell you what you can and cannot do in your spare time! If you have a trade union, you might want to check it, or quickly call acas

If you need the money its not for them to tell you what you cannot do unless eg you are working for a competitor and there is a real business case for you not being allowed.

    Now funnily enough:
    1. I used to clean the offices on the corridor of the hospital I work in, for the same pay as the usual cleaners, so the usual cleaners could concentrate on the wards etc. I used to do an hour each morning. No-one seemed to mind me doing it (it was that or clean their own, god forbid)
    2. I had to look through a load of Terms & Conditions at work today and was amazed to find it actually stated there that if you want to take on another job on top of your NHS job you have to ask, get permission, not let it make inroads into your NHS job (reasonable enough) and if they told you to stop the extra job and you didn't you are LIABLE TO BE SACKED! Yup, startled me too, specially as I'm not sure these T&Cs are actually given out to employees, they have to be tracked down on a website. Hmph.

Anyhow, just been weighed 1.5 lb on but still only 0.5 lb over target weight and I am living a kitchenless life at the mo and have had 3 meals out this week, so not too depressing!

Chin up all, I do read every word you write! Inspiring.
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

There's the lovely Ryvita Crackerbread Wholegrain (or possibly wholemeal, not sure which). I believe you get about 6 for a HEB.....someone check this please before I cause a stampede in the supermarket :rotfl:

I have these and they're lovely, i always have 6 at a time for a HEB, they're lighter(puffier) than normal Ryvita. I love all ryvita mmmm.. I think the roasted onion/cracked black pepper ones are 3 for a healthy extra.

Well first weigh in tonight - 4lbs off for me, 8lb for OH! Both of us have gone down to the next stone :j:T:j:T

onwards and downwards for next week!!
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.
