    Hello Lovelies!!

Well I have been doing the Jillian woman shred DVD the past few days and my goodness I ache!!

Anyway quick question about Healthy B - I have a slice of medium kingsmill 50/50 bread with my breakfast - it weighed 35g. Is that a Healthy B?

Well done to everyone - keep going!

I think the answer to your bread question is no, as I dont think it has enough fibre to be HEB ( even smoe wholemeal ones dont count)

Sorry I mgiht be a bit late if you have eaten it lol!
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

hide your curly wurlys in the freezer, the kids will never find them there......PLUS they take longer to eat frozen :T (thats what I do with my little choccy treats) ;)

    Morning all,

nessie - glad you managed to stay safe!! that sounds a bit hair raising  Can i ask how long it's took you to lose 3 stone? It's probably how much I need to lose and i figured if i lose a pound a week then it'll be Xmas before i get anywhere close. :(

It's first weigh in tonight for me (officially) i've been quite good this week but had loads of pasta for my tea last night so i'm hoping that doesn't affect the scales at all.

Good luck for weigh ins this week xx

    Hey Shala_moo

It took me 27 weeks to lose 3st, 39 weeks to lose 4st 2.5lbs but i am on week 77 and i am back as i was 50 weeks ago :rotfl:

If you loose 1lb a week for a whole year that is 52lbs which is 3st 10lbs, which is a fantastic loss.

I completely let myself go after my wedding and again at christmas & haven't found my motivation again, it doesn't help that i am no longer going to exercise classes due to work commitments!

I am also exactly the same as i was just after xmas - when my mum said that if i loose 3st for my birthday she would take me shopping with £200 in her purse - but i haven't really stuck to it!

I still have about 4 st to go

You can loose 3 st if you stick to it - i am not as inspirational compared to MrsM who has been amazing and lost every week since joining

A message to everyone - it WILL work if you STICK to it!

It was really scary - i didn't think my car would stop! But luckily it did and no-one crashed into me!

Bro has an appenticeship at local council depo for the mechanics - all heavy machinery and some smaller cars etc. It is really well paid aswell!

I like to think i played a part in him getting it as my best mates bf works there & i gave him my bro CV to hand in!

My little bit of extra money coming in from cleaning office is no more  - apparently it is unprofessional for me to do cleaning - but i can work as a bar maid! x

Who says this nessie? I'm not suprised you're angry. If you were paid enough as a 'professional' then presumably you wouldn't be needing extra work??? I'm so pleased to hear about your brother, there's so much unemployment among young people these days. I must stop or I'll be up on my political soapbox for the rest of the day...

On the SW front, I'm going to a retirement 'do' tonight. I'm anticipating nibbles so will have plenty of pasta before I go then I won't be hungry. I can just pick up the odd 'crude bit' minus the dip!

    EE day:
B: NAS Ribena, Puffed Wheat and milk (HEs)with banana, teas
L: big pan of bubble & squeak (Finish off LO veg from Sunday)
    D: HM spaghetti bolognese

There is veg in my lunch and dinner but may fit in a salad or some fruit to keep up the SFs

P.S. Good to hear you're spasm free dizzy. I smiled when I saw you're having chips with stir-fry. I always have chips with curry, yummy! My current favourite with stir-fry is Batchelor's Golden Rice. It's really tasty and I may pig on a whole packet for myself one lunchtime (with xtra veg of course).

I know what you mean, I was pannicking wondering what my son was going to do when he finished school ( he lives with his dad & he just did not 'push him' to do anything ) so I got him signed up for this with college after him just doing nothing for a year :( and was soooooo relieved when he got this placement & did so well.
