Hi everyone, back for the god-knows-how-many-eth time. Have signed up online this time, as I've been trying to do it at home previously which didn't work for me, and find it difficult to get to a group after work here in London, it just adds too many hours on top of the commute, so I'm trying online, have the incentive of paying, going to have a 'weigh in' with my bf on a sunday, and having the syns values at my fingertips helps, and I'll come back and join you lovely lot for some inspiration.
Mrs Mcawber! Very well done, so inspiring, I always like to see how your weight loss is going, don't think I've heard of someone losing every week for so many weeks before..?!
Anyway I'm filling in my food diary online at the moment, so this is what I had today: (EE)
Apricot Wheats (HeB) and Milk (HeA)
Lunch: Had to grab a Count on Us tomato and basil chicken pasta 5.5 syns, was v tasty and filling.
Salad: beetroot, sweetcorn, lettuce, cucumber.
Grapes
Count on us v.l.f peach yogurt
Dinner: left over chicken, with sautee potato (fry light), roast yellow pepper, tomato, cucumber, lettuce, grated carrot, Kraft light caesar dressing (2 tbsps) 1 syns, hummus 3 syns.
Apple
M&S banana & honey cake - 6. Again quite tasty, from the new 150cals or less range, I'd recommend the white choc and raspberry popcorn in the same range, 6 syns a bag, yum!
so 15.5 syns altogether today, will try to stick to 10 mostly, but it was just the way lunch worked out, this is my 2nd day, I always feel better pretty much after the second day of being on SW.0lbs/18lbs to get to club 100 -

Yakults are definitely not free, I dont have my book to hand but IIRC they are about 7 each. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

Just been browsing the supermarket websites and have discovered that frozen mixed berries are very cheap (£1 or £1.97 per bag depending on whether they're value or not) and FREE!
I love rasps, strawbs, balckberries and the like but they can be soooo expensive so this could be my new fad mised with natural yoghurt or something yummier that's low syns. Maybe low fat custard or squirty cream? Anyone got any ideas?
I have mine with frozen Activia yoghurts - just frozen for an hour or so - they are delicious x0 -

I usually buy the normal (not value) Summer Fruits from Asda and they're just under £4 per kg. I think that's good value in the winter time. They don't turn to mush and I like them with a bit of sweetener and some FF plain yogurt. They're not just free but superfree and most of them are superspeed as well, so an all round winner:T. I'm going to try Sainsbury or Tesco this week as the berries are on special there.
MY EE menu today:
B:NAS Ribena, porage and milk (HEs) with a banana
L:slice LO pork and bubble & squeak (mostly cabbage and cauliflower)huge stir-fry with golden rice
Snack: small salad ( more LO pork with leaves, tomato and cucumber) with balsamic (suddenly felt starving this evening)0 -
Morning all. It's reall wet and windy here today! It kept me awake half the night too as the rain was really hammering against the window. I'm having a couple of freezer surprise teas this week to use up single portions that are lurking in the bottom while OH is away. the only problem is, they seem to be all things that have a few more syns in than I really like to use on a meal! I's a good job i didn't have many syns during the day yesterday as I forgot until I started cooking my tea that the itatlian chicken had wine in so was 3 or 4 syns. I really enjoyed it though so that's the main thing!!
Today I'm having an EE day:
Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B), banana
Snack - plums
Lunch - potaton salad (1), beetroot salad, hardboiled egg, HM soup (1), melon, pineapple, grapes
Tea - paprika pork (4 - it has cream in the sauce!), some sort of potato, salad.0 -
Gooooood morning lovely people :wavey:
Thats my day "shredded" -lets see how I go just doing alternate days instead of every day
I really enjoyed my "carb curfew" yesterday -even if I couldn't have avocado with my chicken salad as they weren't ripe
So then my meal plan for today is....
lemon juice in warm water
Melon
mango
14g oats (0.5xB)
125ml semi (0.5xA)
banana
227g jacket (B)
prawns
hm dressing (2)
lettuce
cucumber
tomatoes
peppers
tickled cabbage
tickled beetroot
1/2 fibre plus bar (0.5xB)
mango
melon
pineapple
Balsamic braised beef (1)
carrots
cauliflower
375ml semi (1.5 x A)
2tsp camp (1)
activia (2.5)
so that will be 2A+B and 6.5syns -
Hubby came home from PT so I did him HM bread -toasted with organic butter -and had my brekkie thenand then when I have phoned mum for a natter Im going to sort out some meal plans - I sat last night and came up with some meals that should fit in with the "carb curfew" -just need to turn it into a proper plan so I don't make a clanger
I have nothing much else planned for today so I will no doubt be milling about,
WelshWoofer -I have frozen fruits, although here they keep their shape -my fave are the raspberries or cherries... I let mine defrost and then tip and activia intensely (2.5) over them
Have a great day everyone and keep at it.....-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
I agree! Go for at least 1 session just to get the books and the explanations. Stick around and listen to Image Therapy and you can learn a lot! If you decide it's too pricey then you've got the books and we'll support you on here.
Can you get a book, like a list of calories of branded foods, only the slimmers world version.Do they give it to you,or can you buy it?0
