Yes you can get a book like that its called the "syn directory". Apparently you can buy it ni "large supermarkets" but I have never seen it. My sister is a consultant and got one for me. Ebay is another option but they are so over priced on there. A book that costs like £3 a group goes for over 15 quid. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

Hello Lovelies!!
Well I have been doing the Jillian woman shred DVD the past few days and my goodness I ache!!
Anyway quick question about Healthy B - I have a slice of medium kingsmill 50/50 bread with my breakfast - it weighed 35g. Is that a Healthy B?
Well done to everyone - keep going!0 -
Not enough calcium for a HEA, but enough protein for a HEB (but only on green!). Counterintuitive to not use it as a HEA really isn't it.
As you say, soft cheese does not have enough calcium to count as a HEA but is a HEB on green for its protein content. On red and EE it is assumed that you will get your protein from lean meat and fish so that is why cheese is not a HEB. Rather than risk people using a HEB for even more protein SW force you to have a more balanced diet by using your HEB for fibre rich foods.0 -

I'm all shook up atm - was in middle of accident on A12 this morning but luckily my car was not hit and i am not injured - but still a major shock! Got breathilised and had to give a witness statement - some of those cars looked pretty bad - no-one was seriously hurt but one lady did go to hospital (i think as a precaution!)
Now i just need to shake up my food and i might be able to loose the 3lbs i want to loose this week! :rotfl:

Well done to the losers & good luck for WI's x0 -
Morning all,
nessie - glad you managed to stay safe!! that sounds a bit hair raising  Can i ask how long it's took you to lose 3 stone? It's probably how much I need to lose and i figured if i lose a pound a week then it'll be Xmas before i get anywhere close.
It's first weigh in tonight for me (officially) i've been quite good this week but had loads of pasta for my tea last night so i'm hoping that doesn't affect the scales at all.
Good luck for weigh ins this week xxMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0
