Hmmm 1 venti skinny latte works out at around 10 syns I guess, so I have had 20 syns today, plus one of those nutella buns at another syn, and the mullerlight was a cheesecake yogurt at another syn so have had 22 syns today plus a meal to feed a family of four

Why on earth skip lunch - skinny lattes are dead low in syns - I think 3-4 for an average size one - and you can count 6 syns of it towards a healthy extra.

Honestly, starving at lunchtime will cause you to eat more in the evening, and won't do your blood sugar or weight loss any favours.

    *stern look*

    ;)

thanks for the telling off:), yes I know I shouldn't have skipped lunch but I had met up with a friend and I didn't get home until 2pm, didn't know what I could eat in starbucks so just made do with the large coffees and then when I got in felt it was too late for lunch as would be having tea with the kids at 5, that's why I just had the mullerlight and hifi bar to put me on.

and then ate a meal for a family of 4:D

(he still says its nothing to do with the food its just he works really hard & plays golf ......yeah right!!!:rotfl::rotfl:)

Funny that haha! My OH decided (10 months after I started SW and when I was 4lbs from target!) that he wanted to lose weight. He started going to the gym 3 times a week and in the past month he's lost absolutely nothing. Not even 1lb!

He would go to the gym, and then get a drive through mcdonalds on the way home but that was ok as he burnt 500 calories so he could have it ;). So he's sitting here eating dominos pizza, I just had a lovely healthy syn free dinner. I've told him I'm putting him on a diet as of saturday haha. He will tell you that he's building muscle though.

So today is a green day.......i hope I have got it right!!!

Breakfast - 2 eggs, heinz baked beans
    Snack - melon/mango
Lunch - Cous Cous with peppers, onions and spices
Dinner - Jacket potato with extra light philidealphia (HEA) and tuna (HEB)
HEA - Skimmed milk (for tea - had 4 cups)
    Possible snack of strawberries later

Was going to do extra easy, but something tells me (rightly or wrongly) red/green must be best - otherwise why not scrap them and just do extra easy? Not sure how long it will last - will prob end up being EE most days for ease soon! :D
    Mort at highest - June 2008 - £171,000 - Daily Int 5.9% = £27.64:eek:

Baby- you dont have to HEB the tuna on EE
You would need to syn or HEB the tuna or potato on red/ green
You dont need to syn/ HEB the beans as these are free on EE

It looks like an EE day to me but to have really bumped up the superfree- have the strawbs and maybe a side salad with the potato, although you did have fruit as a snack so pretty good!

If you do EE You can also have another HEB then on EE- eg pagens/ bread/ cereal bars etc
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

I actually find I lose more weight when I do proper EE days! The only time where red or green is better is when you aren't able to get 1/3rd plate of your superfree. Obviously vegetarians will always have green days, but it's very true that the more superfree you eat the more you lose!

Hollydays - if you sign up you will get all the information about each plan. In terms of the best plan it's really flexible! You don't have to pick one and stick to it, you can have an Extra Easy day one day and a red the next if you wanted.

Philli isn't a HEA its only HEB on green otherwise has to be syned. We have had this debate so many times as no-one understands why its not HEA. Something to do with not enough protein??
Also if you're having a green day you can have 2 HEA & 2 HEB's.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
