Hi Charley, your cheapest option is to go along to a group, pay £15 ish to sign up and you get the up to date books and the consultant will run through the plan with you. There is no obligation to keep going back to group, but stick around on here for advice and meal suggestions!

Morning all! I can't believe it's monday again already......I sem to have blinked and miss the weekend!!! I had a flexi day on saturday but was back on plan yesterday. I made the fruit roulade and shared it with family yesterday, it was scrummy!

OH is away from today until Wednesday afternoon/evening so I've only me to feed! I think I might make today success express so I can have 2 HEB's! I tend to need a snack in the evening when I'm on my own as boredom strikes lol!

Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B), banana, plums
Lunch - HM potato salad (1), beetroot and carrot salad, lettuce, toms, cuc, hardboiled eggs, salad cream (2), grapes, yogurt (might not need all that but it's here if I'm mega hungry!)
Tea - tomatoey chicken thing (2), potatoes, salad or veg, probably some fruit.
Snack - probably something using the other HEB.

If I don't need the snack then it can be an EE day!

The beetroot salad is really nice. I used one of those vacuum packs of unpickled beetroot, chopped it up into small cubes, added a grated carrot and about a third of a red onion finely chopped then mixed it all together with some balsamic vinegar and seasoning. it's really scrummy!
  • Hi peoples :hello:
I am about but not posting, anyway, finally back on track, been on plan all week, now walk to and from school at least 3 times a week.
It must of paid off because I lost 5.5lb this week! :j:j:j taking my total official loss to 1 stone 10.5lb! :D also have received my club 10 award yay! :j unofficially I have lost 2 stone half a lb as that was the highest weight recorded in September before I started SW in November :D
  • Ryvita thins - I don't think they are a healthy extra, no, but its been a while since I went online so I'm locked out and can't check for you :o

The beetroot salad sounds LOVELY! I love the one M&S does, which is basically the same ingredients. Mind the colour of your.... I mean, fingers afterwards ;)

Good day for me - after 4 months off, I've just been signed back on for office work! :j < well, not quite doing this yet, but its only a matter of time ;) I'll settle for a huge :D instead!

No idea about food yet. Think I'll try a different version of the root veg curry consultant posted, as I have since discovered that as well as no ginger, I also have no curry powder!:eek: So that's a bit of a limiter! :rotfl: I'll look up curry recipes and see if I have the individual spices to make up for it, or if not try it as a chilli, since I DO have chilli powder ;) Will report back.

    What a fantastic loss..well done :T

Just checked Ryvita thins - I couldn't see them on the HEB list all the other ryvita products are on there though and they are the same syn value - although not sure of fibre content. I can't have these in the house, if i open a packet i just wouldn't stop eating them!! :( The Sweet Chilli ones are nom nom nom...

    Cracked Black Pepper Flatbread, each
Thins, Multi Seed Flatbread, each 2 2 2
    Thins, Sweet Chilli Flatbread, each

Having another green day today.. so far we've had three days where OH hasn't had meat in any meal, thats a record for him! Usually he has to have chicken with everything.. so tonight i'm treating him with chicken pasta bake :rotfl:We know how to live!!

Hope everyone has a great day (even with the manky weather)

    Hi all,

I did loose 2 1/2 stone a couple of years ago for my wedding. I am on the edge of normal weight now. So I am back as I would like to loose a little bit more to be more healthy ready for baby making in 3 months time!

Anyone know how many syns a bowl of weeto's is?
