WOW!!!! Millie that is awesome!!!
I agree with meringue nests, sainsbury ones are 2.5 syns each. I eat 2 on their own and they're so sweet I don't crave anything else.
I lost 2.5lbs this week! Put on 1lb last week so that was a bit rubbish so I'm pleased to have lost. I think the scales were a little off last week as we had lots of gains, but this week we had lots of big losses. So that makes 2st 13.5lbs lost, 1.5lbs to target!0 -
well done Millie! and Lil Me!:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

Millie - wow well done on that great weight loss!
I stayed the same at wi tonight and was so pleased as first week wi after getting to target last week.0 -
Primmer, do you enter your weight on the SW website? I ask because, although I am at target and it recognises that, it still gives those depressing and patronising messages for a sts or a slight gain, both of which are just fine when at target! I wondered if it was just aiming them at me or if it does it to everyone? Well done too, they reckon at our group that maintaining when at target is probably more difficult than getting there - although I am LOVING being at target and giving myself little treats, how about you?:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

Well done Millie ..... Fab 1st week !!! well done Lil_Me :T
Great 1st week on the Target sofa Primmer
Just a quick one from me tonight, still feeling a bit 'off' Had My Botox today. They've given me a bit on the other side too to keep my eyebrows level so I dont have a lopsided appearanceHopefully it will start working in 2-5 days and the pain will stop.....It hurts to touch my face just to wash it sometimes at the moment and brushing my teeth feels like I'm plugged into the mains electric supply when I get a spasm
Anyway ....... The good news is Ive weighed in at class.......2lb lossnow I'm not being funny but I've not eaten particularly well the last couple of days with missing meals on these painkillers, and had a mahooooosive blowout meal on saturday :o sooooo I cant help thinking that this is some kind of 'fluke' so I'm treating it as such and being EXTRA good this week in case it comes back and bites me on the Ariss next week :rotfl:;)

Well done all you big losers :T [love saying that without fear of losing my teeth :rotfl:]
Had a good day today but am trying my damnest to resist the mars planets hubby has got. So far so good.
Food:
B - weetabix milk [a] coffee
L - mugshot, quiche [a] toms, melon, pineapple, activia
T - cous cous fritta [cous cous & chicken oxo, chopped onion, chopped frozen mushrooms & peppers, egg], sw chips, spag hoops, roasted onion, toms, bbq sauce [1]
Snacks - banana, pear x2, melon, pineapple, onken
Syns - 1 [making up for yesterday]
Am short a HEB, have got a fibre plus but they play havoc with my tummy/IBS so will give it a miss. Shame mars planets aren't a HE :rotfl:
So a good day all round, fingers crossed I resist the planets so I can polish my halo in the morningIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Morning all! Thank goodness it's Friday, I'm ready for a couple of days off work!! For whoever was asking about sweet recipe ideas, try the fruit roulade on the recipe thread....it's delish! I'm making it tomorrow to have at home after a meal out so I have no reason to be tempted by the naughty puds in the restaurant!!! I'm going to fill it with finely chopped mango and raspberries and quark mixed with white choc options....scrummy!!!
Today is an EE day:
brekkie - porridge (HEA&B), banana
Lunch - sw quiche, Hm chorizo and chickpea soup (1), leftover roast veggies, fruit salad
Tea - lamb cochifrito, potatoes (might do sw roasties), cabbage, green beans, carrots, will probs have fruit and yogurt for pud.
OH is away for his stag do tomorrow and I'm having a sort of hen party.....a meal in a local restaurant with my mum, his mum, some aunties and a couple of cousins....will be slightly more sedate than my proper hen weekend last weekend!!! I have pre-ordered my meal and gone for healthyish options but not 100% to plan so will save most of today's syns to add to tomorrow's.0 -

I do put my weight on sw website but havent done yet since getting to target. I will enter them on and let you know what messages I get. You would have thought that since it recognises target it would stop with the messages. I have had a few extra syns this week but nothing too bad and still made sure I was getting superspeed foods to help so was pleased to stay the same.0
