I can barely get into the bedroom that (and the shed) is where most of the ahem junk has been stored! I only cook in a microwave,Confused57, with occasional help from a halogen oven and a GF grill. I cooked a chicken at the weekend, then did about 7 different lots of vegetables and some sweet and regular potatoes. I opened out 5 freezer bags and put a different combination of carbs and vegetables into each, and either a thigh or leg or big of (yuck boring) breast into each, and froze them so I have kind of a surprise each day! Next week I may try eating out some evenings but tbh I prefer to stay here and tidy up and have a big mixed salad rammed into a warmed up Co-op wholemeal pitta.

Wish I was as organised as you !!! I like the idea of the salad crammed with salad, will do that.

My project has been dogged with bad luck. First was the whole for the hob was cut in the wrong place. The solution was to have a bigger hob (at their expense of course) then the new hob arrived and what do you think? Well there was a dirty great chunk out of the corner! With a bit of luck it will all be sorted out by Friday - here's hoping!

Best of luck with yours - hope it goes more smoothly than mine. x

I'm still trying to choose the work surface! And believe me, being that organised is definitely a one-off! I'm sure it'll all get sorted out for you and look divine. My plan eventually is to buy some of those big letters that people use to spell H O M E and L O V E but mine will spell C L E A N I T U P
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

Well done all you big losers :T:T:T

I'm fed up, between my hubby and my lack of will power I am seriously sabotaging [sp] myself. I was so shattered after work, so cold I wrapped myself up in my snuggly and zonked out for a couple of hours. Woke up and hubby said I looked like death warmed up then went off to get chinese so I didn't have to cook . I could have said no but like I said no will power. I had done so well all day too :(.

    B - weetabix milk [a] coffee
L - mugshot, quiche [a] toms, pineapple, melon, activia, crisps [5]
T - veg chow mein with extra veg :D, couple spoons special fried rice, couple spoons sweet & sour sauce [zillion]
Snacks - pear, pineapple, melon, onken, meringue [2.5]

Wonder if I could use the oil from chinese as a HEB then it wouldn't be so bad :o
Oh well another line is drawn, start again tomorrow :o
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Difficult to comment on your plan for tomorrow Lauri as it's not finished but on today's if it's EE: Like most of us you don't have enough superfrees (fruit and veg). On EE you're meant to have at least a third of each meal/day and I can only see two apples that count. You need something like a load of salad in your cheese&ham roll and heaps of veg with your chicken and rice to make it right for EE. You could have had 28g of cheese for your HEA or synned that and had almost half a pint of ss milk. I don't know the brand of rice you've had but for the future you could have the dried ones like Batchelors Golden Rice and they're free. I'm sure others will be along to add thier comments but if you look at the very first post on this thread, consultant has explained it all.

After my poor start with the bacon roll at my friend's this morning, I've been 100% back on plan. WI tomorrow and hoping for STS or only a small gain. I've been looking through my diary and there doesn't seem a week this coming month without some sort of socialising. I'm just going to try and be full on plan when I can with lots of superspeedy food to try and balance off the 'bad' days. Is this what is meant by the scenic route?;)

Morning all. Well done on the losses! I lost 0.5lbs last night. 3lbs to go to target...I WILL get there by my wedding day which is 5 weeks tomorrow  I can't believe it's nearly here already!!

I'm having an EE day today I think:

    Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B), banana
Lunch - SW quiche (filled with peppers, sweetcorn, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and green beans), HM chickpea and chorizo soup (lots of tomatoes, cabbage and peppers. 1 syn), melon, mango, grapes.
Snack - probably more fruit and yogurt
Tea - chicken stuffed with garlic mushrooms, mixed roast veggies (peppers, onions, toms, mushrooms, courgettes, carrots), new pots baked in their jackets!

For those of you struggling with the superfrees on EE I have highlighted them in my meal plan to give you an idea of how much you need to get in and ways you can do it. I have a huuuuge apetite so I have to fill up on the fruit and veg but I bet I don't have much more than the 1/3 thats required on the plan!

    Morning All,

Up at the crack of dawn again!

    Today is Green

    B - Cherries & ff yogurt & quark
    S - Banana
    L - Swede, beans & HM wedges
    S - Mugshot
D - Haven't got anything out of the freezer - so maybe a pasta n sauce or mayb a mock chow mein as i have lots of onions & mushrooms to use up!
S - 5 Scan bran (heb) white choc options quark (2) (might have lemon curd (2) or cheese (hea) instead!) 2 Alpen Lights (heb) milk in coffee (hea)

    Tomorrow will be green

B - Mushroom & Onion omelette or cherries & ff yog
L - Jacket potato & beans with stuff from salad bar (normally grated carrot, boiled eggs, beans & sweetcorn)
    S - 2 Alpen Light (heb)
D - Depends what i have left over from tonight!
S - Fibre plus bar (heb) milk in coffees (hea)

Saturday i will keep neutral until the evening as we are going out for a meal for DH birthday, Grandads 65th birthday, mothers day and hopefully celebrate my brother getting his apprenticeship

I wasn't great yesterday - was DH brithday and we had a piece of giant cupcake which worked out to be 20syns! And i had already had 3 tesco meatfree sausages (4.5syns!)

Someone was mentioning mangos not being ripe - Mr S used to do frozen mango - they also do frozen peaches atm and of course cherries nom nom - normally 3 packets for £5 - not bad when a packet normally lasts me 3 or 4 servings (big portions as i have them for brekkie!) They are worth buying at this time of year when not alot else in in season & cheap!

Well done to everyone who has lost - keep it up x

Thanks everyone for the tips and advice, I am trying EE again today and today I'm going to be eating this:

    B. Shape zero yogurt
    L. Turkey with LOADS OF SALAD
    D. Spaghetti bolognese but made with quorn mince as I don't like normal meat mince, will have tinned toms, onions and mushrooms in the sauce.

Geeves, I'm a nurse and worked on ITU for 8 years, during that time I lost 4 stone on SW despite the shifts etc, but I do know where you are coming from. we were always allowed drinks on the unit tho. Now I am in coronary care and although yes we are supposed to have 3 breaks during a 12 hour shift, it has been known for us not to get them due to how busy we are, so we always make sure we have a bottle of water at the nurses station to ensure we at least can get a drink during the day, the policy you seem to have on drinks being an Infection control risk are without evidence to be honest, and archaic in the least, rotating days to nights is difficult, but it can be done if you plan well!

Not sure on syns or b choice yet, got my first WI tonight (eek!)
