Well my first week is going well, I have stuck to the plan, filled in my food diary and tomorrow night is my first WI.
Today I am going EE (as I have done for most of the last week.
B. Shape Zero yogurt and banana
L. Pasta in sauce Macaroni Cheese (2 syns)
D. Chicken stir fry.
Not sure what snacks I will have yet, prob some fruit, hot choc as supper drink, milk is my HEA choice and might have some porridge for my B choice before bed
I'd take it as a green day personally! Use the chicken in your stir fry as a HEB (assuming it's less than 113g raw weight). Less stress about superfree then.
Today is going to be my first ever red day although I suppose it could be EE too!
Breakfast
Weetabix and Milk (HEA and
Lunch
Beef, carrots, brocolli and cabbage with a little gravy (2 syns)
Dinner
Steak, carrots, brocolli and cabbage with some potato (HEB 2)
Good thing I don't get bored of the same things eh :rotfl:0 -

Well I'm a happy bunny - WI last night and lost 2lbs :j:j
That's 11 lbs from when I started and 10lbs from when I officially started SW meetings again 5 weeks ago (5 diet weigh ins that is).
My target was a stone by Easter so only 3 lbs (or 4 if you're my consultant!) to go!
Today's food is...
Breakfast - Hifi bar (B choice)
Mid morning - banana
Lunch - left over sweet potato curry (2 syns) and grapes
Tea - possibly chick pea patties (found the recipe on the web) with salad and a bit of cheese (2 A choices) and maybe a couple of new pots
(as you may have gathered I'm a veggie so really only do green days)
I need to work out the syns in the chick pea thingies - there's a 1/4 cup of flour in them otherwise everything else in the recipe appears free. It seems that the flour is just for dipping them in before "frying" so I'll measure out an ounce and see how far I can stretch that (4 syns).
So that's ..
1 B choice
2 A choices
6 syns so far (if the flour stretches far enough)
We'll see how they turn out as I'm not reknowned for my culinary skills!0 -
Dizzy - those meds sound lousy for making you so sleepy
Good day on plan so far and dinner is left overs from yesterday which just needs heating up when I get in. OH is working away this week so getting lots of exercise running around after our dog although he got over excited this morning when playing ball in the garden and bit my arm!0 -

the easiest way to do it is to thinkWhat fruit and veg am I going to eat today that is super free I test myself, just how much can I eat? ( only to the point of being full tho!)
So far today I have had a whole mango, a large punnet of strawbs banana, chopped onion and mushrooms in my pasta & sauce.
Dinner will involve tomatoes, onions, garlic/ chillis ( all in the sauce for the chicken) with salad ( a lettuce between us, chopped spring onions, grilled hot peppers ( prob a pepper each) and any other veg I can cram in!
Pudding will be more fruit and a kitkat.
For lunch why not make a pasta sauce yourself then you can use passata or chopped tomatoes, with loads of extra veg in onions, peppers, courgette, extra tomatoes etc? Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

Lost another pound tonight. Again, reasonably happy as I haven't had chance to go to the gym since my 10k last Thursday.Whatever doesn't kill me, can only make me stronger.
