I've recently started (using the books bought off Ebay having success a few years ago going to the classes!) but I'm not sure whether I should be having 2 or 3 healthy extras? Is it 1 from section A and 1 or 2 from section B? I was always under the impression it was 3 HEs but my paperwork says one from each and I'm confused! I do red/green days... not extra easy if that makes a difference! Thanks!
Hello, on green and red you can have:
2 x Healthy extras from the B section
ie. 28g of cereal and 2 small wholemeal loaf slices
2 x Healthy Extra's from the A section
ie. 28g normal cheddar and 250ml of semi skimmed milk
When doing Extra Easy, it's one choice from A and one from B.Slimming WorldWeek 1 B]-7[/B Week 2 B]+1[/B Week 3 B]STS[/B Week 4 COLOR=DarkOrange]STS-3-2[/B Week 7 COLOR=Red]-1+2[/B Week 9 COLOR=Red]-2[/COLOR

Yeah they are kind of an acquired tasteI have had a wisdom tooth out this morning (ouch!) - eating is not easy! Managed 2 yoghurts so far, might have some mashed potato soon.
Don't think I'll be eating any salad/fruit/vege or much food other than weetabix, yoghurt and mash potato for a couple of days.
I normally don't lose weight if I don't eat the full plan so will see how it goes, I don't like cold soup but hope I can get onto warm sop soon as can make some nice ones to include veggies/lentils etc...
Meant to be going out for a 30th do tomorrow - curry and beer:eek: doubt I'll go as think I'll be exhausted after a day back at work and dentist says spices are not the best to eat whilst it heals up.
I won't be eating any crisps/bread or chocolate tonight thats for sure!
Ooooooh I feel your pain hun!!!!!
the tooth I had out was the very back one next to my wisdom one (and that was bad enough) I could only manage sloppy weetabix, cool porrige, and mash with overcooked veggies for a couple of days...... then after that it was on to eating 'on the opposite side with great care' for a few days.
Hope you feel better soon with it x x0 -
Been very good today, stuck to my meal plan:A Nearly wavered just then but decided not to wreck a 100% day, avoided the crunchie my hubby had left in the cupboard and had my strawberries/activia and meringue instead with a cup of tea:)
Cottage pie was not very nice, though DD demolished it! Quorn chilli and bolognaise are nice but not cottage pie for some reason? Won't be making it again. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
Yoemma im so sorry to hear your news (hugs)
Well i have had a bobbins day which started well but in the middle went pearshaped as I had to get a sandwich and there were none left, i had to have chicken that sandwich was at least 20 syns im sureAnd I ate buscuits
and cereal
What a mess!
ON the plus side i have tried on some holiday clothes- Dizzy the dresses from last year are now too big and headed for the ebay bag, im trying not to be hard on myself when I slip up.
Under stress at the mo due to exams ( today and thursday) however feel slightly better as I got an essay back with a shiny A on it so iM pleased :j but it hasnt stopped me comfort eating
Sigh! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

Guns are you a vegetarian? Or just do green days? I think i missed if you said. I cant bear the chunks personally, they are not like chicken really but the southern burgers are great as are the dippers, adn the poppin bites.
Has anyone seen quorn roast recently, it was a bit like "bernard matthews" roll, but quite a bit nicer. I think the quorn spring rolls are gone forever, are theY? Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? No Lynz not a vegetarian, will happily eat a blue fillet steak:D However i like my carbs and was hungry on red days. Dont like EE as i like my 2As and Bs
Plus green is cheaper as i dont eat cheap meat, would rather have a little good quality meat every now and then rather than lots of cheap stuff. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
Definately agree with you there guns Im much the same .I hate cheap meat to be honest. I buy meat from M&S which is about the nicest quality i can afford they have had good offers on recently. I would never eat a cheapo frozen chicken burger these days but Ill happily eat a quorn one
Had also considered chopping them up in a hot salad at home - kfc style lol then i can save one of my HEBs lol
Oh struggles without the HEBs and doesnt like only having one HEB adn also doesnt like synning meat on a green day as it s a waste of treats:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

Well i`ve been good for most of the day but ended up with a few naughty custard creams, don`t think i`ve done too badly really.
I think that tomorrow i will be back 100% as its my day off and i`m a bit more organised. A new meal planner has been written out and stuck to the fridge. Red day tomorrow and i`m looking forward to bacon and eggs for my brekkie :j
SDPlanning on starting the GC again soon0
