Another good day back on the wagon :D
    Food:
    B - weetabix milk [a] coffee
    L - 2x wm rolls [bx2], lemon curd [3], quiche [a], toms, pineapple, melon, activia, crisps [5]

Rough day [IBS] had every kind of tablet in my bag except the ones I needed for my IBS . Was so bloated my belly was over top of jeans and normally fairly flat. I HATE IBS .

P.S. does anyone know if cooked pasta can be frozen [well I know it can] but will it be edible when defrosted?
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I've taken the decision to leave SW for the time being. Basically my MH isn't very good at the moment and i had started getting a bit obsessive over losing weight (like stopping taking my meds, taking laxatives etc) so for the time being I'm taking a break from it as i a)need to get myself well and b)realistically won't lose any weight till my psych changes my meds. I had a long chat with my consultant and she agreed i need to take time to recover first.

    BUT

I will return when I'm feeling better and I wish all of you lovely people the best with your SW journeys :)

Hi, big hugs to you. Take care of yourself and we'll all be here when you feel you can return to us. xx

Morning all, I'm feeling rather sorry for myself today. I'm reeeeeaaaly tired and had a rather uncomfortable tea at MILs last night as we seem to have upset her, its been playing on my mind all night so I didn't sleep too well!!

WI tonight, didn't manage to get there last week and ate and drank lots at the weekend as it was my hen weekend but I feel fairly positive anyway! I have been good and had minimal syns the rest of the time.

I'm going to try a new soup recipe tonight, I think it's chickpea and chorizo. I went through the BBC good food website last night and got loads of soup recipes so I plan to try a new one each week. For those of you who haven't used the website before it's really good. You can sign up then you get a virtual recipe binder and any recipes you like the look of can be saved into it to save you searching the whole site again to get back to it. I did a search for 'soup' and 200 recipes came up. i think I put about 50 in my 'binder' although some aren't 100% sw friendly but I can tweak them to make them a bit less synful!!!

    I'm going green today:
    Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B)
    Snack - fruit
Lunch - sw quiche, beans, yogurt
Snack - not sure but I'll need something as tea will be at 9pm!!!
Tea - veg and noodle stir fry with crispy duck and pancakes (not sure of syns but its my WI night treat and will be less syns that the pizza etc that I often have!!!)

Have a good day everyone xx

I sympathise with you Lisa with the lack of sleep, I have had about 3 hours last night, and I am shattered. I knew my sleep was going to be rubbish with so much on my mind, so I took a dose of night nurse (any syns in this doe anyone know??) and it didnt work, my mind was to active to sleep. And now I feel the medicine working and I have to work all day :-(

On a happy and more positive note, I had WI this morning, and lost 2.5 pounds, I can't believe it, best loss in ages, and I am now 1/2 lb away from losing a stone, wooohoooooo, that thought will keep me going on this very long and tiring day :) x

    Hello everyone

I used to post on here 3 years ago when I lost nearly 4 stone, but then fell off the wagon big time and put it all back on again.

Anyhow I re-started in October and have now lost 2 stone, 10.5lb. Hoping for my 3 stone award for Easter.

Look forward to getting to know you all on here.
