    Morning all

    Im back on it today and I am doing EE.

    HEA skimmed milk HEB Alpen lites
    Mango strawbs and a muller
    Lunch I think will be beans egg and mushrooms
    Snack: pasta & sauce, extra veg :) Cottage cheese & WW cheddars (2.5)
    Dinner: hot Chicken salad maybe some sweet potato wedges to go with.
    syns- cheddars as above plus maybe Ill get a WW dessert ( must check book) or a dime bar. (7)

    Am I right that 3 slices of WW brown bread is a HEB?

    rill about the bananas being superfree- I never knew that !! :j

    morning all!

    WI last night and lost 1.5lbs - pretty chuffed with that - that's half a pound off 2.5 stone!:j:j

    Breakfast - porridge and fruit
    lunch - salad
    tea - fish cakes
    snacks - fruit and FF yoghurt!

    Going swimming with 6/7 yearolds from school this afternoon - that's jolly good body magic!

  • This is my meals today on EE.

    BREAKFAST:
    • 1 x Oatso Simple sachet & 1 x Scanbran (HEB) made up with boiling water, microwaved for 2 mins, then a Muller light stirred in
    • Fresh Strawberries
    • Black Coffee

    LUNCH:
    • Fish from the fish 'n' chip shop (no batter) with a huge mixed salad
    • Diet coke

    DINNER:
    • Joe's Sausages, SW chips, baked beans & eggs
    • Fresh fruit salad
    • Diet coke

    HEA:
    • Not sure yet. Might have a milky coffee later
    HEB:
    • Sachet of Oatso Simple & a Scan bran

    SYNS:
    • I might have an Options later = 2 Syns
    • ??????? Not sure yet

    Hi everyone!

    Well my first week is going well, I have stuck to the plan, filled in my food diary and tomorrow night is my first WI.

    Today I am going EE (as I have done for most of the last week.

    B. Shape Zero yogurt and banana
    L. Pasta in sauce Macaroni Cheese (2 syns)
    D. Chicken stir fry.

    Not sure what snacks I will have yet, prob some fruit, hot choc as supper drink, milk is my HEA choice and might have some porridge for my B choice before bed

    Hi Millie, it's really important to eat your HEs so I'd recommend getting that porridge in for your 'b' choice. ALso, if you're doing EE you need to get more superfrees in there.....you don't have any with your lunch!

    I agree, Millie at least one third of everything you eat in the day should be superfree, so in future, maybe only have half the pasta and sauce only (1 syn) and a side salad as well and some light fruit like strawberries or something as well.

    :wave:I'm tired too but that's all my own fault for staying up 'til stupid o'clock drinking with my friend! Went to see Betty Blue Eyes and had a meal out which wasn't very SW friendly but I did enjoy it:). This morning I had a white, crusty bacon roll:eek:. I'm back home now and back on the wagon for a bit.

    B: bacon roll, tea with HE milk
    L: don't know yet but something with a jacket or just fruit
    D: smoked haddock, sweet potato wedges, tomatoes, mushrooms and peas.

    Well today is another Red day for me, though Im still not feeling on top form I had to take more of the 'dodgy pain killers' last night so I never actually had any tea :( and Ive had another late morning In bed :o

    anyway menu goes like this

    B oatso golden syrup HEB+1.5 syn 1/5 HEA milk 1/2 HEA milk for teas banana

    L chicken tikka slices cucumber tom yog/mint sauce clementine


    T OX burger (that I didnt have last night :() though this should please MR Dizzy.....as it means he can yet another one :rotfl:HEB2 wm roll HEA2 low low cheese
