    Thanks for the welcome.

I did have a kiwi after my mug shot and loads of steamed veg with my fish pie, plus a bowl of fresh fruit for supper.

    Cereal for breakie today

Satsuma for mid morning snack with my cuppa

Lunch is going to be a jacket spud with beans, plus low fat yog

Tea is a stew, in my slow cooker as we speak

Does that sound ok? Going to read the 1st page now!

Hopeing to go to the gym this afternoon, so that might help a bit, will not taken any money so not tempted with the choc muffins!

Hi crockpot, that still doesn't sound like enough superfree, you don't have any with your breakfast or lunch. I assume your stew has lots of veg in? I'm on a green day but I'll still be having more superfree than you are!

I went to the doc's about my sore skin patch yesterday and apparently it's a sore muscle! It blimming well hurts I can tell you!! I have some ibuprofen gel to rub on it but it doesn't seem to be doing much!!!

We had the 'entertainer' for our wedding evening do round last night to sort out what music we want, he was there chatting for an hour and we barely talked about the music, we're fairly happy to leave it up to him though as he seems to have the same ideas as us!!! Its less than 40 sleeps to go now and I'm getting seriously woried about the amount of stuff I have to do before it can happen! Not so much the wedding related stuff but all the uni work that has to be handed in a week before.....talk about bad planning!!!

We're at MIL's for tea tonight so not sure what we'll be having!

    Brekkie - Banana, porridge (HEA&B)
Lunch - mixed salad, cottage cheese, teeny bit of coleslaw (1), pickle (0.5), salad cream (1), jacket potato, 1 laughing cow extra light (part HEA, rest is milk in teas), yogurt
Tea - ? but I have a HEB for whatever meat we have, plus 12.5 syns, won't need them all (I hope!) but MIL does cook with oil.
    Snacks - plums and grapes.

Weigh in for me today and I lost 0.5lb. I stayed on plan Tues, Wed, Sat and Mon.

On Thursday had a tummy bug and was ill most of the day so didn't eat. On Friday tummy still delicate so didn't eat much but went over syn allowance. On Sunday we had a day out at theme park so had a flexi day but didn't pig out. Had a great day with my 2 girls but when we went to drive home I went over a severe speed bump and my front suspension spring snapped so had to be taken home by the AA. So I now have a poorly car and mechanic can't fix until Thurs :(

    Have a good day everyone

Quorn burgers ( the normal beef burger types) are free as are the frozen quorn sausages ( there are loads of variants of quorn, im having sothern style tonight adn they are 2.5 each) free on ee and green ( not sure about red)

HM burger with lean mince is obviously free on red & ee. I have seen recipes for free HM sausages made with lean pork mince on the SW pages somewhere I think....

Im waiting for the answer to the meat sausages question, i know debbie and andrews are 4.5 each ( which is why they are still in my freezer lol)
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

L - Pasta with butter beans/carrots/green beans - sauce is leftover pickled onion soup!
    S - FF Activia & HM wedges
D - HM Wedges, swede, bean stew & ..... ??? maybe quorn sausages? not sure
    S - 5 Scan Bran (heb1) white choc options quark (2), 2 alpen light or fibre plus (heb2) Milk (hea1 & 2) in coffees

Talking of Alpen lights - has anyone tried the new double chocolate alpen light bars? really nice - not as good as fibre plus or fudge alpen lights!

Anyone got the new mag yet?

Anyone heard about the new hifi bar coming out (limited edition!) you get 2 for healthy extra - 6 in a pack for £2 (i think) and they are butterscotch flavour! nom nom nom can't wait!

Good luck to everyone and well done to those weighed in x

Hello to all you fabby losers..

I'm still reading although haven't had much time to post. Hugs to those who need them and a big congrats to everyone who's managed to stay on plan even for one day. I'm finding it veerrryy difficult at the moment cos of long hours out of the house!!

Well week 2 and i've STS - that's very good for last week but i'll need to be careful not to get a gain this week (already started/ended the week with Fish and chips). My OH and I are just discussing going back to class properly now that'll we'll have time to concentrate on ourselves and not on the families needs.

I think i need to start being selfish and think about what i'm doing to myself. I have found a new programme on Sky called "Losing it with Jillian Michaels" (her off of Biggest Loser) and she was saying some things last night that were hitting home :( one was "why are you killing yourself with food" and i think at the moment with the food choices i'm making, i'm doing just that!

ohhh sorry - i went off on a ramble then.. only popped on to say hello.

Have a great day everyone... looks like i'm off to class tonight to rejoin for the 4th time in as many years!!!
