    PPI Party Pooper
    Afternoon:)

    Using 1/2 an A for tea/coffee
    Had a coffee first thing
Breakfast was an alpen light(1/2B), banana, clementine, yoghurt(1/2)
Lunch WM roll(B), 21g cheese(1/2A), pickle(1/2), yoghurt, clementine, grapes, carrot sticks

Dinner quorn bolognaise with an A of cheese

Both A+B and 1 syn used

Have a malteaser bunny looking shiftily at me, may have to put him out his misery later...
Or some meringue and strawberries, or both:) Will see how i feel after dinner. Also have another alpen light that needs eaten.

Well I need to join in agian and do it for real this time! Been given a bag of really nice clothes, they should fit but don`t so i got on the scales and I NEED to lose 13 lbs. Done SW before when it was red and green days and did rejoin before xmas and got the new book with extra easy in it.

    Had porridge for breakie

    Mug shoot lunch

    banana

    Tea HM fish pie

    Does that sound ok?

    Hi Crockpot,

have a read of page 1 of this thread, that gives a better idea of Extra easy. You have the gist of it, but also need to make sure that 1/3 of your plate is superfree foods (vegetables or fruit which are free on both red and green days).

    HTH and welcome aboard :)

I'm not an expert but do EE myself. Looking at your menu I'd say it's very light on the superfrees (fruit and veg) which should make up a third of your meals/menu at least. Consultant has written a super potted explanation of EE in the very first post of the thread. Good luck!

    hiya all

Had quite a good day today really although I have just had an extra bowl of cereal so im counting that as 4 :( plus my dime bar later 7 = 11 might have to eat some of OHs kitkat that is looking at me fom the fridge.

Mangos still rock hard even though I bought them ages ago :(

Will have to buy more berries etc tomorrow this mango business is not working out!

Crockpot - if that is WW there is no super free food in that at all - 1third has to be super free on a EE day:

ie porridge with berries and more fruit
Mugshot, youll need some fruit or veg with lunch - carrot sticks? clementine?
banana is only free, not superfree, so why not swap it for sometnig superfree apple pineapple orange etc
HM fish pie s prob fine but you'll need more veg here Id probably have carrot or green beans with it plus a portion of fruit for pud

Just a few ideas to get the superfree in there.

    :D
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast
