Brill, so guns, how come the rule is not to have more than one as you are likely to gain...? Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

Think they tend to 'bung' people up! Hence why they are not superspeed or even speed foods, but are superfree as free on both plans. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -

I dont think its a RULE that you cant have more than 1 a day Lynz.... 'more of an urban myth type thing' But nanas can bung you up a bit. I guess its just a case of judging for yourself how you are with them0 -
Hi Peeps,
been a bit of a rubbish coupla days for me, yesterday i ate nothing all day and was so worn out by 9pm that i ate half a family sized pizza
Today i felt as if i was back on track and then ate a full pack of mini chocolate rolls
Better luck tomorrow - TOTM is imminent and i always struggle with cravings on the run up, i need to keep focussed.
Geeves - I feel your pain, i work shifts too and i`m pretty sure that this is responsible for a lot of my weight gain as they change around from one extreme to another, i have lots of trouble adjusting my sleep patterns too which makes me irritable. I work in different places and sometimes the food is always there and sometimes there is no time for anything at all. I`m working today without a break but i`m in the place where there is food hence the chocolate rolls.
Back to the grind.

Not too bad a day....
Breakfast - Hifi Bar (B choice)
Mid morning - banana
Lunch - Uncle Bens micro rice (2 syns), grapes and a kiwi
Tea - sweet potato curry with onion, mushrooms, tomatoes and 2 syns worth of Schwarz bombay potato mix and a Pataks chapatti (5 syns)
Just had a chocolate urge and so had a teaspoon of Nutella - bad but nice! Stopped me stuffing 4 chocolate digestives - think I'm getting hormonal as I'm having urges for things I can normally resist.
So that's..
1 B choice
No A choices:o
9 syns plus a tsp of Nutella
Weigh in tomorrow - fingers crossed. xx0 -

I've taken the decision to leave SW for the time being. Basically my MH isn't very good at the moment and i had started getting a bit obsessive over losing weight (like stopping taking my meds, taking laxatives etc) so for the time being I'm taking a break from it as i a)need to get myself well and b)realistically won't lose any weight till my psych changes my meds. I had a long chat with my consultant and she agreed i need to take time to recover first.
BUT
I will return when I'm feeling better and I wish all of you lovely people the best with your SW journeysThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Hope you feel better tomorrow Dizzy, I wondered where you've been all day. Good day for me today.
EE Menu:
B: NAS squash, porage (HE) with milk (HE) and banana
L: HM lentil and vegetable soupbeef stir-fry with LOADS of veg and rice noodles
Snacks: apples chopped up in cottage cheese (x2) and tea
I also made a pan of chicken curry with the LO chicken from yesterday, so that's two meals in the freezer for another day.
I'm awol tomorrow, going for a day/night out with my friend - a sort of grown-up sleepover:). I'll try to make sensible choices if I can and I have saved some syns but it could be flexi...
I don't feel as if I've put on weight despite eating out etc but not really looking forward to WI this week.0
