I do a lot of exercise... in the last two weeks I have run 30+ miles and biked about 80. Why doesnt that make a difference?!
If your exercise routine is quite new, it's likely that your muscles are holding extra water to protect themselves from harm. Drink more water to help flush things through and it should be ok in a short time. Also remember that muscle weighs more than fat. I suspect you can see a difference in your shape if not actually on the scales!
Along with the exercise though, what are your meals like? If you post on here, someone will be able to tell you if what you're eating is about right.
Chin up, it definitely works so once we ascertain you're following the plan right you should be losing soonI let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

I actually think not eating chocolate weetabix in the morning is helping too - gave me the taste for it I think
I think you're probably right there. I usually 'allow' myself to have chocolate in the form of a Cadbury's Highlight or Options at bedtime. I find this really helps me over that desperate urge for something sweet. I particularly like the Turkish Delight one as it's really quite sickly sweet and just hits the spot.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

They've now made a stupid rule that we can't even have a drink (no bottle of water even) unless it's on a break or can get away off the main unit for 5 mins. Not always possible if there is noone to relieve you. Saturday night I had a cup of tea and half a can of diet coke in 12 1/2 hours.
Is that even legal? I'd be inclined to look into that through your union if you're a member of one. Also tell the management that concentration is poor if you become dehydrated.....maybe that'll make them rethink their daft rule!I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Correct, it is not legal consulant Employees in the UK must have access to drinking water throughout thir working day. this is why the boom in bottled/ fountains at work
I suspect this is is healthcare, if so speak to your union completely unacceptable.!!!!!! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

Because peas, sweetcorn, parsnips are not free on red so not superfree. But bananas are free on red and green are they not?The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
