Ask them why your cousin (me) had them for £9.99 and you are being refused.
This is the email I had after telling them I had a screen print out of the offer and the email confirmation.

Does anyone still have a screen shot of the original order? Or the product code for the toothbrush.
My order has been cancelled as they say they have no more stock. They also said that people that ordered on the 22nd Feb would get their order but I ordered on the 23rd so would not get them.

I had given up on this one after being told tough its toothbrush heads, so called them this morning and toothbrush at £9.99 with smoothie maker ordered and coming out to me, toothbrush 3 days and smoothie maker next few weeks but it is on order.:j

The two Sonic brushes I ordered came this week and the smoothie maker will be here by the end of the month. The brushes are brilliant so hope you all get what you ordered.
