Got my Smoothie maker too. Not used it yet, but it looks pretty sturdy. Thanks to OP - had to pull Grattan up about it though, it wasn't automatically ordered for me.

Just got my bill from Freemans for full price. Bounced it back witj e-mail and copy of their e-mail saying reduced price. Never got the 'free' gift though.
