Yes I can relate to that I got the free luggage set from freemans (more like those rollypolly bags) but no toothbrush or toothbrush heads not sure whats happening there. PS has anybody got screen grabs for Freemans so I can be prearmed thanks

Well me being the original OP has had to wait for my smoothie maker. Typical.

Got a knock this morning from the courier telling me that she got mixed up with door numbers and has put the smoothie maker over next doors gate. Yes, she through it over next doors gate and I can see it lying there on the floor through my window. So until the neighbour comes in I am guessing its in bits.

Stupid cow. :mad:

Well I hope you get it back soon and it aint broken. Its quite heavy and at first thought it was metal but its plastic base to look like metal. Lets hope it aint broke.

She shouldn't of thrown the smoothie over a gate, that's irresponsible of the delivery person.

how daft. First to get the house numbers wrong then throwing a heavy thing like that over the gate. I don't think it'll be in bits though... fingers crossed it's not damaged in any way!

I wasn't expecting the freebie to arrive until next week at least so it was a nice surprise for a monday morning! Thank you caverncity.

Well, as the heavens opended and I could see the smoothie maker getting soaked I decided to climb over the fence and get the box.

A bit wet and a couple of dinted corners but luckily upon opening it I found it to be in one piece. I did think it would be glass and as its all plastic its stayed together. So a good deal. :j

Hi Im still waiting for my toothbrush and smoothie maker to arrive. I no there coming as I can see it on my account page at Grattan.The reason Im posting is for the freephone number for Grattan as Ive phoned them twice now requesting that they pick up the brush heads they sent me in error and twice they have failed to show when they said they would pick up the brush heads. Could somebody please provide the freephone number so I can call them again.
