One or two people have mentioned about keeping the "wrong" brush heads as they will come in later.........Well [email="DON@T"]DON'T[/email] BOTHER..........(@£9.99)


Cuz another little bonus to this is when you have received your toothbrushes inside the box is an instruction manual and on the back of it is an order form to order sets of double brush heads for a measly sum of £3.95 + £1 p+p (£4.95 Total)...........

Yes--email them to ask if they can confirm an approximate delivery date.Reply to their confirmation email so they will hopefully not argue about what you ordered.

Hi has anybody any new news from freemans re the toothbrush. I ordered 2 toothbrushes 1 from either company. I have received confirmation that Grattans will send me out my original order no Smoothie maker as yet. I received some holdalls from freemans but neither brush heads or toothbrush has made it to my door yet. Has anyone got a update on the Freeman fiasco?

After complaining to Freemans they have apologised and confirmed that the right products will be sent at offer price.
Grattons have delivered.

I had given up hope of being able to get anything from Freemans, as I see so many have been lucky I'll have a go as well. I was not sure if I could as the a/c number on the delivery note did not allow me to log in.
