I have also written an email to cs to ask the same. The more people that do so the less they can get away with it.

I emailed Gratton and Freemans this morning.Gratton have apo;ogised and tell me they will honour the price and freebie.Freemans have told me to return items if not wanted and that the website has been amended
Quick response from both.I shall email freemans again as I think they should honour it as well.
Thanks to the OP and to the rest of you for keeping me informed and advising.

Thank you for your email regarding the Sonic Toothbrush.
Firstly, please accept our apologies, there was a problem on site.
We can confirm that the items have now been reordered. They will come out with paperwork stating they are priced £29.99, but when they are despatched, an adjustment will be done to reduce them to £9.99.


So its worth emailing them. I had ordered 2 and a smoothie maker

i got an email from gratton that if i want toothbrush to reorder! freemans say they are looking into it! typical, i got nowhere with additions either! hmmmm...when will i ever get a good deal.

I pestered them to honour the deal by forwarding their own email stating £9.99 for a toothbrush - I got this response:

"We can confirm, at the point of your order the item details had been transposed. Therefore, the item you have actually ordered is the toothbrush heads. As gesture of good will we will honour the price of £9.99 for the toothbrush. Please advise if you still require the item."


I thought, result, and replied that I wanted it, today I get this:

"We are looking into the problems with the above item, and will contact you as soon as this matter has been resolved."

Not sure if they have made a mistake or if the are reconsidering the offer?

I also received the welcome pack with an invoice for the brushheads so i emailed them and said i had ordered the toothbrush not the heads ,they emailed me back saying £9.99 had been a web error but they would honour it. No mention of smoothie so i emailed them again and yesterday got a reply that i would receive one but not until after 28th march as they are out of stock
