Hi mci,
Your meal plan sounds lovely... Can I be mosey and ask what goes on your cheese less pizza? (Desperately trying to cut down my cheese addiction :rotfl:)

Hi Selloptape
I use fresh garlic flatbreads from Mr T (2 for £2), spread some tomato puree on then top with favourites such as salami, mushrooms, tinned pineapple - but you can put whatever you want on them.
I am going to try red onions cooked with balsamic vinegar next time as suggested by MuddyWhiteChicken
Mr T do a range of different flatbreads - just garlic, garlic and sunblush tomato and garlic and rosemary - I've tried all of them and they are all nice as a pizza base.
Hope this helps.

I feel more focused now the lighter nights are here - what a difference an hour makes!
You can't imagine how much I am looking forward to that week's holiday

Allotment Survey done last night. We should be able to move the greenhouse wholesale - which is great news for DH as he won't have to take it apart and re-assemble it (it was a pig to put together); but it does mean I've got to hire a high top van to fit it in!
Rescued my friend's big pots from out of the greenhouse (incase they went the way of the strawberries!) and we put everything else in the shed.
We have decided not dig any of the fruit bushes up as we might well bring horsetail with us - and that's something none of us want!!
We walked to the allotment and then to my friends house to deposit the pots and then back home. 3 miles completed!!!
Fish Stew was lovely - I made too much though...but we still ate it all. Was quite proud as I decided that apart from a bulb of fennel I wasn't going to buy anything for this dish. So I used up the dregs of a small bottle of brandy, the last couple of spoonfuls of sour cream in the pot, a very soft lemon, a 'on it's way out but not quite' leek, and everything else was from the freezer or stores - well done me..:rotfl:
Tonight's offering is Turkey, Mushroom & Stuffing Pie - LO Christmas Turkey & Stuffing that I froze. The fridge and freezers are starting to look much emptier!
Not much on the money front, but that's about normal for this time of the month.
Looking forward to my already paid for massage & facial later.
Nearly the weekend.

That sounds great! And well done on the ingredients for the fish stew :j I love it when I can "shop from home"
Enjoy the facial and massage, should be lovely.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Happy Friday everyone!!
DH insisted on giving me the other £5 towards my massage & facial (as part of my birthday present) - so in the end I said that I would accept it if he did his claim for dentist expenses!!!! (£19)
He's done it now and I am going to post it at lunch time for him. He did actually say that I was right - I said what's the point in paying each month if you are not going to claim it back - and no good moaning at the end of the month that you have no money when you could have been a few pounds better off. It took him all of 10 mins to sort!
Massage was great by the way - shoulder has improved since last month - and I love the way my skin feels after the facial all smooth now - brilliant!
Couple more 50ps went in the pot last night, so should really have that count up.
Toy Fair on Sunday - different venue, so we will see how it goes - hopefully we will make a bit. Have bought some snacks to take with us and we will have a sandwich when we get back - it's an early morning for a Sunday - but hopefully it will be worth it.
£15 spent at Herr A on food. 3 more fruit bushes bought (from dividend) and snacks and wine to take up the funeral next week (this will be from the dividend too).
Planning to purchase a satnav at the weekend - my practical purchase from my dividend - have found one in H&lfords for the same price as Am&zon, but I can get 9% cashback if I purchase in store through £co. We have got a satnav but it was given to us, the screen doesn't work very well and the part that sticks to the windscreen has broken off - just want a basic one that's easy to use.
Small shop at Mr T tonight then yoga class.
Tomorrow will be spent potting up seedlings, doing chores and sorting out stuff for the toy fair - oh and finding forget-me-nots and bluebells for my Godmother's daughter for the funeral (there's aren't flowering yet up north - as we are further south in the midlands we have a better chance).
Hope everyone has a great weekend.

£19 for ten minutes is a good rate per hour
and the shopping sounds good too.
Good luck on the satnav - I'm a passenger with other people, not a car owner myself, and I can tell you it makes all the difference in the world2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Your meal plans always sound so great. I could do with more fish in mine really.
Kitchen plans sound great, when do you think it will all be in?
I use the Maps app on my iPhone for Satnav, it works quite well (and free!) although I've been caught out a couple times when I haven't had a 3G signal!!0 -
