Hi everyone,
late check in for me tonight, while hubby & baby is sleeping I have time to myself!! can't believe its after one already.
Thanks to The Dragon, for adding me to the list again.
Don't be too hard on yourself coco1980, just count the chinese as your treat for not putting weight on and start again tomorrow!!
I started off not too bad day today, with my tiny allowance of chocolate weetabix , had plain chicken sandwich and an apple for lunch and rice salad tonight with probably about three or four cans of diet coke (my other addiction). Must drink more water as I don't do tea or coffee, occasional hot chocolate and very rarely alcohol except for occasional peach snapps ( full of sugar) so off that aswell at the moment.
Also managed a short walk with the little one in pram, probably about a mile altogether. Should have gone further but was getting nearer to a farm and their pet dog was on the loose, only a little thing but it came running towards us barking its head off, so we made a sharp exit back the way we came.
Managed to resist the nutella today, but gave into a packet of Asd* crisps , sorry make that two packets, when my munchies got the better of me tonight. Nearly gave myself a heart attack when I went to check calories in them and mistook the 546Kj for the calorie intake per bag, was relieved when I realised it was 113cals instead.
That was until I realised whilst writing this that I should have had the Tesc*'s light choice bags with only 75 cals in, (which I bought specially for me, hidden from hubby) I could have had 3 packets of them for the cost of the other two. Shame I had already eaten them before checking cal content. Must get in the habit of looking at this before I feed my face!!
Good job Tomorrow is another day. I have supermarket shop to do though, so temptation awaits!!!
Night all.

Good morning everyone. Yesterday was OK for me food-wise - had 2 pitta breads and homous for breakfast, same for lunch, but then it went downhill...3 chocolate biscuits, and a meal at Pizza Express. Mind you, the Pizza Express meal was 2 starters and 2 mains for £8.90 or something, so I'm not going to beat myself up about that. The important thing was that I didn't drink.HSBC Credit Card £608.69, HSBC Overdraft: £4123.67, HSBC Loan: £8,270.69

It looks as though people are off to a reasonable start (a couple of hiccups not withstanding :rotfl:), I had a sneak peek weigh in today and I am the same as Tuesday so I am happy with that! Today I started the higher dosage of thyroxine so fingers crossed for some better news (although tonight I am at the pub for the book club meeting :eek::eek:)Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Had a bit of a slip up yesterday as was out from 11am until 3.30 and forgot to take something to eat with me. Ended up getting a sandwich from petrol station and shudder to think how many calories were in it.0

Had an Ok start to my day, its around now that's problem hour for me. Had fruit and yoghurt for brekkie again, and salad for lunch - I know it sounds boring but I genuinely enjoy it
Dinner tonight is atm going to be bean chillie but I am contemplating broccoli and cauli cheese, so may yet change my mind.
