Eat before you go Bridesmaid, and only take enough money that you KNOW you'll need. Otherwise, just enjoy it and treat it as a treat. :)

:) my problem with bras atm is the wires digging in under the arms since I put on weight. Its a wee reminder every day that I am a fatso, in case I forget :o.

I've done sooo badly today foodwise:

2 slices of toast with BUTTER
    120g of smoked salmon
    2 oranges
Copious amounts of Nutella and Lindt

I am having a really bad day, nothing is going right at all and I am craving sugar...blush.gif

    Hello All,

After being ill last year, I regained a lot of weight I had lost, and some more besides, but have decided that as I am now well on the road to recovery I am back on the diet bandwagon. I have more than half my body weight to lose, and although I am impatient, wee half stone increments will do me just now. I am veggie, and am trying the low carb /low GI thing as I tend not to have so many peaks and troughs with it and it pretty much suits my lifestyle. I am a snacker, and a biscuit eater - tbh I eat anything :o but having rules in place for myself should really help. I do lurk here but now that I am on days of the change of lifestyle, I thought it was time I took the plunge officially, so please add me to the list, Dragon. :)

Sorry to hear you have been unwell Jackie, but welcome to the gang!

I have been pointed in this threads direction by Maldives Lover (hi) and I aim to lose 24lbs, end of April, by healthy eating & Wii 3 times per week.

I need some support, encouragement and an occasional kick up the jacksey! Please feel feel to do any of them!

I have named the above as part of my March goals on DFW forum, as I have had said wii for a while & not used it to my advantage!
