    Hi,
Can i join you all please. I need some serious motivation as i seem to start each day eating well and by 3.30pm out come the biscuits, crisps etc.
I hurt my shoulder nearly a year ago and since then the weight has been increasing. I would love to lose 2 stone in total & 7lb in march is the start i need. Even though i cannot exercise properly at the moment due to the shoulder i can still go for long walks most days & eat alot better.
You all look like the inspiration i need to be 7lb lighter by 31st March,

Had a pretty good day foodwise, yoghurt and fruit for lunch, ryvitas and tomatoes/cucumber for lunch, salad with falafel and fets for dinner - BUT I have just had a piece of macaroon :o Still way better than my normal diet. :)

Ugh you never guess what I did..i Was out shopping with my 8 month old and she started whinging so i bought the rice, chicken and sauce and COMPLETELY forgot to get vegetables!!!!!!!!!!!!! it wasn't until about 1 hour before I thought about starting dinner that I realised i hadn't a single vegetable for my dinner :-(

So instead I had the chicken/rice/lemon soy sauce. And I'm a fool because after that i had two poptarts...!!!!!! is wrong with me? Why do I always eat MORE junkfood when I want to lose weight? UGH UGH UGH!

GOnna check out some youtube vids during baby's nap tomorrow afternoon. thanks for the advice on that one ladies!!!
