May I ask when do you think the best time of the day is to weigh yourself? My problem is that in the morning I weigh about 9 stone 11lb, but then by the end of the day I weigh 10 stone 1lb. What time of day is the best?0

As long as you do it at the same time every time your weight loss will be accurate.
I am feeling a bit hungry, so its offf to bed I go! xIt's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your windowEvery worthwhile accomplishment, big or little, has its stages of drudgery and triumph; a beginning, a struggle and a victory. - Ghandi0 -
10:30pm. this is my low point where as if i'm not already in bed asleep (so rare) then i start to feel very hungry. I just got a small bowl out and my box of special K along with some milk...looked at it sitting on the counter...and then put all the items away and got a glass of water. This forum is really helping me :-) thank you0

Hi everyone,
hope you've had a good day.phoenix_dragon wrote: »Just screwed something up at work. Was toasting some crumpets to have with Nutella at the time, and was planning on really enjoying them. Instead I gobbled them
Easily done, but it is nice to savour those little treats!
I've done better today, resisted the nutella and the crisps. Had my cereal this morning, tuna sandwich for lunch and a lazy, but pre-portioned hotpot ready meal for dinner. Another one of my downfalls if I've cooked it, its on my plate, then I usually eat it, and all of it. Yet when I have a pre-portioned ready meal, its usually smaller that a meal I would cook from scratch, but its usually enough.
The supermarket trip wasn't too bad, I resisted the temptation of all those nice goodies, except for the two reduced short date items i purchased, I got a chicken pizza for 50p and two duck legs with roasted potatoes & veg , reduced from £8 to £2.80. Good bargains , but both full of fat now that I think about it. Put pizza in freezer, and already cooked the duck for tomorrow, so I'd better get some exercise done in the morning.
Well done on the 3 1/2lb loss jo101, wish I had a good week like that. I had a sneeky weigh-in as well this morning and scales were down a pound, just hope it stays that way with a bit extra on my official weigh in on saturday.

Did 30 min wii on Wed, eaten almost healthy, and def no alcohol in last 4 days. Have lost 2.4lbs!
Have also brought another pedometer - have broken several over years! The belt clip always seems to snap, so this ones an in pocket version.
I had an app on my phone, which showed I walked 33,000 steps one day, before it locked up! And I had - I walk round a DIY store on saturdays as my 2nd job.Living debt free, since Sept 08 & Dec 10 :wall:
