    Weightloss reporting day for me.

Excuse me for shouting but 4kg which is 8.8 pounds off!!!!!:j:j:j

My start weight was on the Monday, but Sunday morning will be my weigh in day. I have a lot to lose, as I have said, but this is a great kick start and motivation for me. Hope you all have good days too. xxx

    COR!!! Seriously impressed here Jackie!

Hiya. So far, so good - except for a bit of Dairy Milk today :o In my defence, I've been with mr tru for 2 whole days without a break so I needed it :D I've still used more calories than I've eaten though.

I really want to weigh myself once a week, but I get a bit bloated just before my period. If I weigh myself that week, I'll show a gain and I KNOW I'll give up, thinking 'oh what a waste of time that was'. I'd be better off jumping on the scales x amount of days after my period to get a proper reading.

    What do you all do?

    Well done Jackie :T

Hmm you could always NOT weigh in the week of the TOTM and give me the more accurate loss the next week :p

Thanks for the congrats folks, as I said, I have an enormous amount of weight to lose, and don't want my success to cause anyone else to doubt their own - I've been there myself, and know how we can be our own harshest critics - you won't be comparing apples for apples :)

Tru, I don't weigh myself at TOTM at all, I still just stick to whatever I am doing but without the weigh-in part.

Wow jackie what an amazing loss:T
Tru - i also dont wi when its my totm i just get depressed when i see the gain esp when i've worked so blummin hard!

So today has not been too bad, did have a bit of choccy but as i'm planning on giving it up for lent (i'm not religious my brother has challenged me to it and i'm always up for a challenge:D) i thought i'd let myself have a treat. I also walked over 16,000 steps today too.
Got a busy day tomoro so i'd best get planning so i'm not caught short and left reaching for the rubbish.
