WELL DONE TO HANNAHSMUMMY1
I've weighed in this morning but have nothing to report, however last week wasn't a good week - went totally off track - so staying the same is a blessing really.
The thing is I really want to push myself as if I can lose just 2lbs I'll be under *Stone (sorry don't have the guts to admit the number), which I think would give be a big push to behave myself as I don't want to be over that again IYSWIM?

I'm down by 3.2lbs this week - I'm just calorie counting (with an eye to sliming world as that's what I used to do) but using this app I have on my phone makes it a whole lot easier! Today will be a killer for me, going to see a gig in the Apollo, Manchester later on so I have to eat before I go or I'll throw my day off completely. And it's been good so far

Hi guys and girls, well done on the lost lbs.
Last weeks training course consisted of subway for lunch most days, followed by a date at Frankie and Benny's on Saturday. I haven't weighed myself, and I think I stayed within my calorie count, but not healthily. Today I've eaten very well and got 50 minutes of hard cardio in at the gym. Hoping for much of the same tomorrow.
FYI The dragon my starting weight is 77kg, not sure what that is in lbs, but i'm aiming to get too 67kg, feel free to add to the front page if you wish.Current Debt: 0%.Current House Deposit: 7%.0 -

Massive well done on all the losses, big and small!! :T:T:T
My weekend was really good, maybe not healthy eating wise though. We went to OH's Godsons' 1st birthday party and yes I HAD CAKE!!, :bdaycake:
Also had some filled pastry goodies, sausage rolls, etc, crisps, cheese straws, mayo laden sandwiches, a mini chocolate eclair and a chocolate dessert. I managed to keep off the alcohol though, just had diet coke so it could have been worse.
I've now got until Saturday to burn it off!! Went for a walk yesterday but failed on the exercise today I'm afraid. More effort needed tomorrow!! :eek::eek:

Morning all
Dragon put me down for a 2lb loss please. I worked really hard to get that, exercised for about 1 hr 20 mins each day for 6 days last week. Perhaps the kfc, pub meal and curry at the weekend didn't help though:D

Didn`t manage the 3 Wii per week & won`t this week either - workin 4 x 12hr shifts this week!
Had one off the wagon evening - won`t be doing that in a hurry!
