^ 7lb woah that's awesome! and I thought my 3lb was good lol.
I HAD to eat a bit of the chocolate torte i made for a dinner party last Sunday. there's about a 1/4 left of it here and I am desperately trying to make my housemate eat it so I won't give in to temptation but damn boy never wants to eat free food (weird boy).
I made some home made vegetable soup earlier on, just had some as an early dinner (at about 5pm) - Would it be wise to have some lentil soup at about 9pm cuz I know i'm going to be hungry again by then (and I don't want to eat some of that Torte!)0 -

Hi
Well done to everyone. I got weighed at sw tonight and have lost 1lb this week, I was expecting more this week as I have been virtuous!! But a loss is still a loss I guess.
Well done everyone.

Hi all,
Congrats on all the weight losses, there is some big numbers there!!! Hope I don't let the side down on my weigh in on saturday.
I've got to confess I had two pancakes with golden syrup.last night. Todays menu was toast, tuna pasta salad & crisps, some garlic prawns followed by hotpot this evening. Slightly over did it again and If I could just leave the crisps alone!!
On a positive note I put on a pair of trousers and shirt this morning which would no where near fit on Jan 1st, so I must have lost a clothes size at least. :T:T I have a wardrobe full of clothes, but half of them don't fit. Would save myself a fortune if I could lose the weight.

lost another 3lbs! That's 6lbs in total this month already but Dragon please don't add to the first page as my offical weigh in is on a Tuesday...i'll wait till then! (and hope it does not change in a bad way!)
Last night I had some Sainsburys Vanilla Ice Dessert which is like a watery version of icecream. It has way less fat/calories than regular icecream and if you just put a bit of cadbury's highlight hot chocolate on top it tastes sooo amazing and pretty much guilt free!
This morning i had a half glass of pineapple juice and some grapes. Sun is out AGAIN (we are so blessed - plenty of outdoor walking time!) so i'm going for a walk later on and then more soup for dinner. I highly recommend replacing two meals a day with home made soup.
Wedding on saturday though....gonna be a real tester0 -
