Morning all,
2KG weight loss this week, which makes it 6kg for the month so far, or 13.2lbs. I am delighted, need to get into my exercise properly this week, to keep it up. This is the most successful start to any diet that I have had.
Well dome Jodie, and good luck for this week.
Jovi that's a good idea with the crisps, I do that tooIt's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your windowEvery worthwhile accomplishment, big or little, has its stages of drudgery and triumph; a beginning, a struggle and a victory. - Ghandi0 -

Is it too late for me to join the March page? I've been trying since the new year to be good but this diet/fitness waggon is one I tend to fal of quite easily! I've lost 2 lbs in March so far but today I got inducted at my local gym, and have also put my name onto the exercise 3 times a week page. Must admit weight loss is less of a thing for me than inch loss, and I've had some weeks where I've lost little but I'm definitely toning up as clothes are fitting better. My current aim is grey trousers by the end of the month!0

Wow everyone is doing really well. I was having a really good day today, done loads of walking and went out this morn for another jog and then succumbed to a few slices of t/a pizza. Was really yummy tho, and its not like we get take aways all the time. Anyways i'm off out for another jog in the morn:A£387.39/£196.46
