HI,What does everyone do for breakfast?
On a good day I will normally have cereal with semi-skimmed milk, usually mini chocolate weetab1x, which are about 155cal per 40g serving, which is about 18 / 19 of them . I admit I don't always weigh or count them out so probably have a little few more.
On a bad day I would have 2 slices white toast with margarine and nutella - haven't worked out calories, I think I'm better off not knowing. Bad days were maybe twice a week, but haven't bought nutella this week so that eliminates that temptation.
Might also have an apple and would always have can diet coke to start the day! as I don't drink tea or coffee.
Was good yesterday went for 2 mile walk and stuck to healthy eating - no cheating. Can I do it again today??:T 2015 TARGETS :TWeight loss 12.5/112lb 18th feb -4.5lb, 25th feb -2.5lb, 4th mar -2.5, 11th Mar -3,

jovi20 - Of course you can do it again today. My legs feel like jelly after my first ever 25Km cycle yesterday. But i'm going to aim to do 25Km more today, if I only get half of that distance i'll be happy, it's more time spent being fit, rather than eating chocolate.
I love nutella, they have it in the cupboards at work, but luckily the marmite is keeping me away from it for now, and i'll occasionally treat myself to a ham bagel, but compensate by having soup instead of a sandwich for lunch.Current Debt: 0%.Current House Deposit: 7%.0 -
Well done on the cycling ShAnE, you are doing well.
Its raining quite heavy here, so don't feel like going out, but sticking to the healthy eating, having ham sandwich and a small yogurt for lunch. Then going to make something heathy using chicken for dinner, might get the recipe books out for inspiration as we always seem to just have the same thing, chicken done in oven with mash and veg. Might try a stir fry , kebabs or casserole for a change.:T 2015 TARGETS :TWeight loss 12.5/112lb 18th feb -4.5lb, 25th feb -2.5lb, 4th mar -2.5, 11th Mar -3,

Thanks Jovi20, this place keeps me going during the afternoon when I feel like eating all the naughty foods at work.
Why don't you try Marinading the chicken in a sauce, you can cook it in the oven with the sauce, or drain it off, and cook jacket potatoes instead of mash?
Or add a sprinkling of garlic and herb to the mash to give it something different? Thats what I sometimes do?Current Debt: 0%.Current House Deposit: 7%.0 -
This week I've been having harissa on 2 crumpets and an apple for breakfast. I know eating spicy food for breakfast probably isn't a great idea, but I like itHSBC Credit Card £608.69, HSBC Overdraft: £4123.67, HSBC Loan: £8,270.69

Thanks for your suggestions, but I only just read them. I ended up making chicken & mushroom kebas in the oven with some chicken seasoning on for last night's dinner. They were really nice and not too bad for the waistline.
I got some sweet-potatoes today, so will do half and half with normal potatoes, and we had jacket potatoes tonight as it happens.
I just need to be a bit more organised and not just go to fridge/freezer as I'm making dinner and make the easy option. I keep meaning to do menu plans, to help with grocery challenge aswell, but only did a few days and gave up. I might have another go after this, as its weigh-in tomorrow morning and I need to keep busy tonight to keep the boredom snacking at bay!!:T 2015 TARGETS :TWeight loss 12.5/112lb 18th feb -4.5lb, 25th feb -2.5lb, 4th mar -2.5, 11th Mar -3,

Hope you feeling better soon nickynoo08.
A little later than normal reporting my weigh-in today, but I'm happy, but also dissapointed to say I lost 1lb. :j The Dragon, can you please record it against my name, Thanks.
I was hoping for 2lbs this week so not 100% pleased with myself, but least its a loss and not a gain.
Makes that my first stone lost since Jan 1st.:T:T 2015 TARGETS :TWeight loss 12.5/112lb 18th feb -4.5lb, 25th feb -2.5lb, 4th mar -2.5, 11th Mar -3,

I have "the bloat" so am sure my WI in the morning won't put a smile on my face, but I am definitely still losing, my double chin has reduced a lot this week, and my cheekbones look as if they are there now. I am excited/.nervous to be on the scales tomorrow. It's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your windowEvery worthwhile accomplishment, big or little, has its stages of drudgery and triumph; a beginning, a struggle and a victory. - Ghandi0 -
Morning, WI in complete, and I have another kilo off, which is just over 2lbs I am happy with that, as I said in my previous post, AF is about to arrive any minute, and I am feeling bloated.
That makes it 15lbs since the start of March. It's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your windowEvery worthwhile accomplishment, big or little, has its stages of drudgery and triumph; a beginning, a struggle and a victory. - Ghandi0
