Ok I've managed to put on half a pound this week BUT things all went a bit pear shaped from Friday evening when I was in a bit of a car accident and spent most of Friday evening and yesterday comfort eating! And my plans for going to the gym Friday and today have been knocked on the head as I'm suffering whiplash injuries.
On the plus side though, being good earlier on in the week has paid off as I've lost just under an inch each off my bust, waist, tum, hips. I'm more bothered about size than weight tbh and I know that sometimes you put on weight as you develop muscle so all things considered I can't be too gloomy.
Now just hoping the aches and pains go so I can get back to exercising - have been told I may be fine in a couple of days or it could be 6 weeks

Apart from the whiplash the only other 'injury' is a belting bruise to the back of my calf...couldn't figure out how that got there but then realised it's the seat adjustment bar under the seat must've done it! Nothing else damaged - just annoyed at the diet/exercise regime being knocked off track, and the painkillers knocking me so sleepy!! Could've been a lot worse and the car that went into me came off a LOT worse than mine did so can't grumble really!

Huge Congratulations to you, samace83 & your OH!! And for the question everyone will be asking you ... 'When is the Wedding???'

Wish you a speedy recovery, ellay864. Put the gym on hold for the moment and make sure you are fully recovered before doing too much. Anything eaten over the weekend was 'for medicinal purposes' so thats ok!!

As for me, spent part of the weekend putting stuff on ebay as it was free listing weekend. Sorted out some of my larger sized clothes as they are a couple of sizes bigger than I am now, as I intend not to get that big again, thought I would have a clear out.
A dress which I wore for friends Wedding a few years ago has bid for £30 and a skirt has bid for £15, a few other items on for the rest of the week so fingers crossed someone buys them.
Then did a bit of gardening at my parents house, which was my only exercise for the day, before wrecking the diet by eating some Roast Duck for dinner.
